I really don,t no right now. But you no it was my first order.

Not only do i rely on bottle buzz for access to impossible to find quality liquors, the pricing bundles provide my bucket list of drinks, and the last order included two bottles of buffalo trace bourbon cream, a really excellent after dinner drink, soon to be tried poured over chocolate cake.

I've turned several friends onto bottle buzz.

Update- they issued a refund for the delivery, so at least this gives them another star. I asked them if I could upgrade my delivery. Took 2 days. Paid over $100 for next day. UPS took 3 days. Asked for a refund… because I paid next day of $100+ on a $300 product… that sat at the depot for 24hrs.. refused to even ask UPS why or negotiate a refund … constant emails with no real resolution … save your money and go door dash local- they probably can get the product there faster .. I had to in the end . It was a birthday present that never made it .. thanks to door dash I had at least a back up

Product was available, reasonable mark up from liquor store, shipped fast, and was packed so well- no risk of damage.
Overall, I was impressed with BottleBuzz and happy with my purchase.

I would’ve given them 5* but the order took longer than expected to deliver. When I called asking about deliver the lady answered all my questions and was professional. The bottle was wrapped safe and the Blantons Gold was awesome. Me and my neighbors enjoyed but wanted it for 4th of July.

I would pass on this website. I ordered a special bottle of tequila for one of my friend’s birthday. During my searches bottle buzz web site specifically stated they could deliver my order to its destination by July 11. Which was perfect since her birthday was July 15. Never showed up. Logged back in now the website says it will be delivered on the 18th. So I called in and now they say the 19. There is only 1 guy taking service calls he barely speaks English. There is no one else to talk to. He has absolutely zero resolution skills or authority.

It finally arrived on Tuesday July 22, 2025.

Ordering was easy and the packaging was incredibly secure. Shipping took two weeks, and the lable was made 10 days after I made the purchase. Customer service was really nice. When I emailed them about the order they were friendly and prompt.

Overall good! I was expecting a faster shipping time, but they do say shipment might take 3-9 business days. I’m used to my items shipping out after payment within three to four days! And three days shipping. My order was two weeks, which while not what I’m used to isn’t horrible. Packaging was top notch! And while I probably will order more from BottleBuzz, I’ll be a little more patient about receiving my order realizing it will probably take two full weeks to complete the process.

I agree with Bill’s review from 7/2/2025. I also placed an order many days ago and have been given two delivery dates, the first of which has passed, and my order still has not shipped. The woman who answers their phone keeps telling me it will ship today or tomorrow, yet it never does. Now I cannot even cancel the order without a fee. I will NEVER buy from this company again. There are many other much better companies from which to purchase alcohol online.

Reasonable prices and superfast shipping. Packaging was awesome and no issues. Looking forward to doing more business.

I was looking for a particular brand of Whiskey and your company had it. It was shipped quickly and arrived when promised.

I've ordered from them previously (x5) without an issue but I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order. After being given two delivery dates that passed I finally have a shipping number. But true to form the package has not been picked up. Something has changed and I won't be using them again.

I placed an order with BottleBuzz on June 4th and paid extra for express processing and 2-day shipping. According to their own policy, if the shipping label isn’t generated within 24 hours, the express fee should be refunded.

That never happened.

I had to email them multiple times over several days, with no real response. Eventually, after almost a full week of silence and vague excuses, the order was finally shipped – late, of course – but the express fee refund is still missing.

It’s now the end of June, and I still haven’t received a cent back for a service that was clearly not delivered. Their customer support is painfully slow, evasive, and completely unhelpful. They take no responsibility for the services they promise.

A thoroughly frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you value your time and money, stay away from BottleBuzz. I will absolutely never order from them again, and I strongly suggest others do the same.

Reliable, accurate order fulfillment with packaging that ensures safe, undamaged delivery. Of several delivery options I have used (I no longer drive), this is by far the best.

I am very pleased. They did exactly what the promised. I highly recommend!

Ordered Champagne for family celebration and paid extra for speedy delivery - they quoted four days.
Not received yet 6 days later and they are ignoring emails about delivery. i suggest you look elsewhere

I’m 56 years old, Bottle Buzz is by far the worst company I’ve ever done business with with. They have had my money for 3 weeks. I keep getting these emails that say UPS has not provided a tracking number. I call them sat on phone for 20 minutes nothing. Their emails are all lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Ordered from them and they told me my package was shipped but upon further communication the tracking info they gave me noted only a label had been produced. Took a month to get a portion of my order and still missing items and they are trying to say that I received it. This is continuing to be an ongoing situation I would not trust this company ever again. They are dishonest and slow
