Boundary Hopper Avis 31

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If it works for you then great as it did for me for well over a year. But after boundary hopper changed their UK servers it has not worked since. After 8 emails I have had only 1 response. I am not one to complain normally. But paying for the top tier and having recommended boundary hopper to so many people I feel absolutely let down!

My go to device when travelling, still works great after 1 year.

I have one of these in my office for staff when doing important tasks for clients, works like a charm!

So I thought I would give them a try and indeed it was easy to setup (im a doctor not a tech guy :) :)

I left my last VPN provider after too many security issues. These guys are much faster and the device means I can bring my VPN with me.

We use this for our staff at work when they work from home. If they need to access sensitive files they do it through this hopper.

Looking for something like this when im working at public areas. Now I just pull this out my pocket and I have super secure internet anywhere I go. Thanks.

Went expedited and it came in 4 days! Works as expected and easy to setup so you get my stars.

So I cant tell you how happy I am. I had to always update my VPN software and settings on my laptop and phone, now its all auto.

Went for the express shipping option and it came here in 4 days ! NICE!

So I plugged it in and it didnt work, realized I did not plug the cable into the WAN port of the hopper and into the yellow port in my router. Now working fine.

All USA channels are working for me, what more can a gal want :)

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, losing a star for that. But once I got it all works fine.

After I figured out to switch the cable from the LAN port to the WAN port on the boundary hopper all works great!

Was working perfectly well for almost 10 months but recently haven't been able to connect to VPN. Several emails were sent but no one has responded for 4+ days. Love the product but needs improvement on customer service.

I would have given them 5 stars, but the device took nearly 2 weeks to arrive with standard shipping!
