Amazing personal service

Great service
We were late picking tiles for our bathroom. With the mix we selected one was on a longer lead time, but Boutique Stone were very helpful and managed to get this earlier, so all the tiles arrived at the same time allowing us to start the tiling with no delay

Great company to order from
I ordered the tiles for my bathroom easily and had a small wait until they were able to be dispatched . The delivery time was noted when I was ordering so I was aware and I received my order before said time .
Tiles look good although they are not on my walls at the moment .
Work is due to start in my bathroom at the beginning of May . I am looking forward to seeing the tiles in situ

Quality and care
I am a delighted customer. I wish the bathroom was bigger so I could use more tiles! or even have 2 bathrooms to refurbish!!!! They are beautiful tiles. From the start, getting samples and the order together was easy and Alex was so responsive and helpful and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending Boutique stone and will be doing so to my friends and family.

Bad customer service
Tiles are sold at high end prices but on reflection and further research some are not as great as they first appear ( would question if they are true trezzo). The customer service is appalling and the team do not honour discounts ( even though they will come up with excuses for this), it does have some lovely tiles but has a small firm mentality and management. I renovate houses for a living but I won’t be returning as I feel there are lots of other company’s who have better customer service, quality tiles and prices.

I'm sorry for the miscommunication and confusion that we caused. We have since launched a clear and public discount structure of 5%, 10%, and 15% OFF
I know your order was in September 2023 before we created it and you did not benefit from it. I am sorry regardless
[Regarding terrazzo]
(I'm sure you are already aware, but I'm writing for others who may read your review)
We sell glazed terrazzo porcelain and Italian full-body terrazzo porcelain. The former is a design printed on the tile, and the latter is porcelain that is made like terrazzo. Our Eccitare, Varenna, and Spoleto full-body ranges have the design running through them - exactly like terrazzo. Wherever they are cut, the chips and design show in the cross-section.
The difference between our full-body terrazzo and real terrazzo is that ours does not require sealing (real terrazzo does), and ours is 10mm thick (real terrazzo is 20mm thick) This makes our terrazzo more suitable for bathrooms or wet environments and is light enough for wall applications.
