I ordered the ten for ten school offer however they didn't come packaged the way they are shown in advertisements online. They did not have any tags and were just thrown loose into the box, which was taped up and bent. I don't know if they just take zero care when you purchase an offer, or if this is how they send all their packages. Overall disappointed, I don't even know if these are new or returned stock due to the lack of tags.

I ordered the school 10 for £10.00 deal for my daughter.
The variety is immense, I spent ages choosing the various different clips and bobbles to order.
The package was delivered very quickly with lots of great communication and updates.
The bows and clips are really pretty and very well made. They are also much bigger than I was expecting. I can't wait for September to start using them (although daughter couldn't resist and has been wearing some already during the holidays).

Ordered the multipack of bows and an extra big bow for my daughter going back to school in September, I had similar bows for her last year from a different retailer and they ended up falling apart within a few months so thought I'd invest a little more in some for her this year... As soon as I opened the box I was so impressed by the quality of the fabric and how the bows have been made! These will definitely last me a lot longer, I'm extremely happy with my order! 😊

I recently made my first purchase with this company and, unfortunately, made an error during the ordering process. I had intended to take advantage of the "10 bows for £10" offer, but due to the demands of parenting two young children, a demanding job, and other distractions, I inadvertently failed to apply the necessary promotional code at checkout. I fully acknowledge that this was my oversight.

However, upon realizing the mistake, I promptly contacted the company to see if the issue could be rectified. I was informed that no adjustments could be made.

While I understand that the error was mine, I question the logic of requiring a promotional code after a customer has already clearly indicated their intent by selecting the "10 for £10" offer on the website. This additional step feels unnecessarily cumbersome, particularly for first-time customers.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not intend to use this company again. While customer service did respond, the interaction lacked empathy, flexibility, or any genuine effort to assist a new customer, which is disappointing

My bow order for my daughter has just arrived , the quality is amazing & so is the colour & the sizing , delivery was very fast which is always a good thing , absolutely love them
