Excellent customer experience. We bought the cake balloon with three other balloons in a box for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered them yesterday afternoon for delivery today. I checked with Sophie in customer services about delivery and sent a message and she was so responsive, professional and helpful. What a lovely company to deal with. My daughter was over the moon. Thank you so much Box Balloons, I highly recommend your company.

DPD failed to deliver the balloons…
DPD failed to deliver the balloons correctly. I can give full details if requested. I tried to contact DPD but received no response. The balloons were finally delivered way too late as my daughter had left the hotel by then, so I paid £60 for a courier to get them from the hotel to her home address.

I'm so sorry you had an issue with your DPD delivery, it's really frustrating for us too that they didn't deliver them as planned.
I've sent you an email to see if we can investigate this further with them. I understand that the main basis of the 1 star is the delivery element but I do hope the balloons were enjoyed on arrival.

Your website is confusing
Your website is confusing, I wanted to order a number 16 balloon, clicked on it and received a set of 3 balloons, extremely disappointed.
The other small balloons were deflated, really left feeling completely ripped off.

The website is confusing if you can't read clear information. There are multiple opportunities to confirm what you are ordering - with pictures and descriptions.
You did not select which numbers you wanted on the product page. You then confirmed the balloons in the basket where it clearly says what you are getting and even lists how many balloons are in the order, confirmed again at checkout, then even after ordering you didn't look at the confirmation email, where it says it again.
You got exactly what you ordered - it's a very simple process.
Left feeling quite deflated
I bought a cluster of balloons and the main one "aged to perfection" jack Daniel's bottle, was deflated. Really disappointing and will be looking for a new company in the future.

Hi Emily, sorry to hear your balloon didn't arrive in the condition we hope for.
This is the first we've heard of the issue. As noted in the leaflet in the box and email on delivery, if you let us know and send pictures we could have rectified by either sending a new one or refunding the damaged balloon.
We understand that a deflated balloon is not great but for one balloon out of two products ordered and multiple balloons, it does feel very harsh to give one star in this instance when you didn't give us a chance to resolve.

Wonderful,but one minor issue
It would definitely have been a five star review as everything, including the delivery, was perfect except that one of the balloons had started to deflate. It wasn't a big issue but it meant the balloon display was ever so slightly less than perfect.
