We’re sorry to hear that the frozen balloons were not as hoped! Occasionally, a tiny slow leak can happen, causing a balloon to deflate much sooner than expected, which may have been the case. We recommend getting in touch with us as per the balloon care leaflet included in your box so we can rectify any issues.
We hope you were able to love your balloons still and the birthday girl had a great time! Thank you for leaving us a review, and we hope you do try us again in the future!
Great choice of balloons
Great choice of balloons, and delivery was bang on time (even though it was an awkward location to get too) in time for 60th birthday! One of the balloons didn’t seem to have enough helium in it, so star balloon wasn’t a tight shape, but still floated which is good & didn’t spoil the overall effect!

Occasionally, a tiny slow leak can happen, causing a balloon to deflate sooner than expected, even just a small amount, which may have been the case. We never want this to happen! We're happy you still loved them and the 60th birthday went down a treat.

Very good experience. Order a week ahead of delivery to hotel where we were staying for 25th Anniversary. Kept well informed of delivery schedule.

Decent balloons but not quite what we ordered
Balloons arrived on time and seem good quality; one star deducted because the t-rex balloon received was clearly different to the one ordered (son still loves it though).

I'm sorry the style of dinosaur might have been a little different, from time-to-time we may have to swap a balloon for an equivalent if we unexpectedly run out of stock.
We try to avoid this wherever possible and substitute for something close, unfortunately the issues in the Red Sea are slowing down some stock arriving!
