Boyle's Solid Fuels 🔥 Avis

The delivery guy, Dave, was just so helpful and kind. he was chatty, engaging and a real credit to your company. I will definitely be using you next year - great to see small family-owned Irish companies going out of their way to give great service!

First time to order logs from this company. Ordered a 1.2 crate of oak logs which are great, the only issue I have is the delivery charge which at €38 I though was a bit steep considering they were only being delivered approx 15km

Excellent service, with fast despatch. Their shipping company were superb as well. I will absolutely purchase again.

Super easy to order, really fast delivery ( actually quicker than estimated) and high quality firewood. We will definitely order from Boyles again ....great to support a small Irish business too !

Easy online ordering and speedy delivery of ash logs which I’m very satisfied with.

Great company to deal with.no hassle great customer service. Highly recommend

I ordered 1.93m3 and 1.2m3 pallets. The quality of firewood is perfect. My problem was that the big pallet was not real 1.93m3. It was about 1.7 (max 1.8). Let's say in best case only 8% volume was missing: 32 EUR! (I lost the 20 EUR first time order voucher!) The smaller pallet volume was perfectly 1.2m3. Did I measure wrong way?

I received reply from the Vendor, which is very positive for me. But I would like to clarify my measurement: I measured only the net volume. The bottom pallet (15cm) is just "air". I measured 1.45 m height. (Still I have the pallet and the side wall, I reconstructed the crate: 1.08x1.11x1.45=1.74m3). I also measured the net volume of the small crate, it was perfectly 1.2m3. This is what I don't understand and have a bad feeling: different measurement methods (pallet heigh excluded at small crate, included at big crate?)

I got my 1.2m crate of kiln dried oak logs delivered within a few days of ordering & the whole crate was wrapped in strong clingfilm.
I got a phone call the day before delivery & the crate was filled to the top with 0% moisture heavy oak logs that are the best I've gotten in years.
The €20 off & free delivery was a nice bonus

Returning customer.
As usual excellent service and product.

Delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. Pallet was placed exactly where I needed it. Very happy with the service.

Very seamless experience, delivery reached out as they were a day early, the wood was delivered and placed where I needed it in the front yard

Seamless, quick and really easy to deal with!

Easy to order online. Website very informative. All goods delivered within time specified. Happy to recommend.

Very nice company to deal with. Oak logs look really decent, delivery and communication - excellent. Price was also competitive. Thank you!

Perfect dry wood. Got delivered when it was needed, thanks.

Very easy to contact and place an order, my shipment arrived within a few days, friendly and helpful delivery person.
Definitely recommend.

I was pleased with the deal and the clear comms on free shipping etc. I was let down by previous suppliers who handled the sale first and were less bothered about getting me my winter fuel. Boyle Fuels were clear, quick and no messing.

My order came within a few days. I got a phone call the day before the order was due to make sure it suited. Seamless and straightforward. Very pleased with the product and service.

Really impressed with this company. The service was quick, efficient, and ran perfectly from beginning to end. A pleasure to deal with.

First time ordering kiln dried logs from Boyles and must say that everything from ordering, feedback and delivery was first class. Would like to specially commend delivery guy who was very pleasant and helpful
