First time buyer and have a bad experience first they didn’t allow me to enter a coupon code for a discount then I couldn’t get ahold of anybody at customer service for hours. Then I did and they refunded me back my discount after that it never got shipped for 4 days or so then found out my order was cancelled once again couldn’t get ahold of anybody at customer service till I used a chat box to figure out What happened with my order... they fixed it eventually after so much run around and sent me extra products on them not happy at all.

The best stuff ever. I could never find anything that actually worked and tasted good at the same time during my weight loss journey. Ive been using BPI for over a year now and the results are amazing. Usually the taste of any supplements are terrible but BPI out did it. Ill forever use BPI supplements and continue to recommend them to anyone!!!

I have enjoyed every product that I have purchased from BPI they're top quality and fair priced . I've only been using them for a short time but plan to reorder when need be.

No problem with service, but I did not like that my protein did not come with a scoop. It is hard to measure what an actual serving should be without the scoop.

Well today is 08/23/2018 and I'm just making it home from work I got this item two weeks ago and the package really arrived late, then when I open the package it was not even what I ordered. And on top of by it all one of the bbn bottles were burst open.

Did not receive my order. Unable to open link to tracking info. Contacted BPI via e-mail as phone number to customer service would never connect. Received one response that a work ticket had been generated and I could expect a response within 24-48 hours. 6 days and another e-mail later and still no response. Frustrating!

I got preworkout and amino acids, both great but extremely sweet!
