Excellent! Process and shipping was fast.

never received product! its been 3weeks

The order process was perfect but the shipping quiet a chaos couldn’t track my package and took almost 10 days to get home, I wasn’t annoyed by the time just no way to track it.

I wish I could give less than one star. I've contacted this company 5-6 times over the course of 3 weeks to let them know I received a faulty product - tried their website (ticketing system where you can watch how long they ignore you for - 22 days so far), then via facebook messenger (again ignored) then I posted a comment on their page and they asked me to email info@ which I did - no response. Followed up - no response. Clearly they don't care that their production area is putting the wrong flavour into some of their supplements - I bought BCAAs which were supposed to be Watermelon Ice flavour (delicious) but instead they are some sort of cherry flavour (undrinkable). Never buying anything of theirs again!

Product was easy to order, arrived quickly and is as advertised.

I made a mistake with my address and the customer service agent was really helpful and professional.

The best protein powder is not my favorite protein powder taste wise - however, it filled me up and I felt good after my workout.

I was supposed to receive a best protein, to micronized creatine, and a container of BCAAs. finally after two weeks I have received everything. My troubles started when my order got shipped to my neighbor 5 houses down. Then the free container of micronized creatine that was supposed to be included in my order was not to be found. I had to get online and talk to somebody on live chat, who then never even responded to me after I told them my order number and that I didn't receive one of my products. The next day he responded to me and told me that you ship my product. Which was then received again at my neighbor's house. This was my first time ordering from BPI and I was highly dissatisfied.

I think it's funny that I was sent a request to review my purchase from BPI Sports when they never even sent me the product. I was definitely charged for the product and when I hadn't received it after two weeks I checked my order status. It showed "Declined", but how can that be when I was charged? Attempts to reach the company and rectify the situation have gone unanswered. Very frustrating.

You would get 5 but you get 2 because you hardly ever in stock for what I want.

Been over a week since returning an order, and still have not received a refund.

I LOVE BPI!! I've bough the water drops and they are by far my favorite product. I buy the big box so that way I have some in case I run out. I use them so often. With 2 kids and having a full time job I can always use ENERGY. Coffee isn't my thing all day, but this does the trick all day!! Definitely keeps me going! Highly recommend!!

Taste is ok but didnt mix well. Stayed in chunks in both hot and cold coffee unless I let it sit overnight but itd still have a few chunks in the am.

You guys are just great ! Great deals and great products.
