My first review was written back on December 19, 2022 when I was first recovering from reconstructive foot surgery done in London, UK and needed a physiotherapist here who knew how to get me back up and walking PROPERLY. My gait had been compromised for years with the foot injury. It was a long slow, painful recovery made possible by Sandro's healing hands. Next year, 2025 when the titanium screw is finally removed from the top of my foot, my recovery will be shorter (thank God) and I'll return to EHC for a repeat physio performance.

I went to evolution for lower back pain. Kim was my therapist. From my first appointment, Kim was very professional and attentive. She educated me on the muscles of the lower back and told me the source of my pain. From there a plan was devised. At the end of the scheduled sessions, I was walking normally again. Thankyou Kim and Evolution!

My son was born 3 months early and at 5 years old still had many challenges with his gross motor skills and breathing quality. Mr. Sandro Fubler provided a comprehensive assessment and therapy plan to help ensure my son was able to reach his optimal function goals. We are very thankful for the great care we have received.

I was told about Kim by a friend who had had a great experience. I have had 3 sessions with Kim. My first session included a full assessment during which she determined the complexity of my treatment plan. I was very downhearted on learning the work required but Kim made me feel comfortable, was compassionate and assured me we would work through the challenges. My 1st session was understandably uncomfortable but she gave me positive feedback and set me homework for the week. Kim saw an incredible improvement at my 2nd session and again on my 3rd session she was very encouraged to see my progress. I would (and have done so) recommend Kim to anyone who requires personalized, friendly, knowledgeable, professional therapy!
I feel extremely encouraged and she works with me on my goals! Great facility!

Sandro's level of expertise alone deserves 5 stars. He and the team at Evolution are very caring and compassionate yet firm enough to get results! Therapy for the body, mind and soul. I was terrified of car transfers due to mobility issues, but after putting his therapy into practice, I was able to visit the beach via private car again. A major milestone for me. The journey continues. Thank you Sandro.

Kim Watkins is very devoted and knowledge. She takes great care of her patients and provides them with the tools they need to heal.

My problem stemmed from golf and various other upper body exercises that caused a great deal of pain in one of my elbows. Sandro sorted me out and the additional exercises he prescribed alleviated my discomfort and I am fully recovered.
I am glad I took the time to practice self care as this is the only body I get!! Much appreciated Sandro!!

I am still recovering from reconstructive foot surgery and when I first visited Sandro Fubler at Evolution I was a sorry state of affairs. I could hardly walk. You should see me now!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I am close to “Project Runway model ready! Those drilling exercises and hurtful manipulations are paying off!!! I have been under Kim's (Dr. Watkins) care since June 2021 )after two months in Johns Hopkins Hospital)after suffering a Covid-19 induced Stroke. She rehabilitated me from a wheelchair through various canes during this time. I find her to be very compassionate and empathic. She is extremely passionate about neuro side of PT, No short cuts with her. I will forever hear stand-up tall/ hips forward stop/ swinging lefty (leg)/ I'm still watching you all the way to my car. I have have NO reservation in recommending her and Evolution's expertise to anyone. She has provided me with counselling through my tears of frustration and insists that the clinic is a safe place for tears. I truly appreciate her time, patience (lots of it) her effort and research in my rehabilitation.
Not only is she my PT she is also my makeup application corrector, clothes fixer and zipper upper. She is such a great human that when we walk to the Gardens during my session I'm on the lookout to marry her off so she can stay here forever.

My initial appointmen was very informative, I have a lot to learn and am looking forward to seeing my progress in the next few months- Sandro was very professional and informative.

The entire staff at Evolutions are friendly and knowledgeable and give you a personalized experience in helping you to physically heal by proper exercise. I feel better physically after doing a number of sessions
twice a week.

I was initially referred to Evolution Healing Centre by another physio therapist given my sons disability. My son has now been seeing Kim for almost a year, and she has been amazing at trying to motivate my teenager during physio. (not the easiest job) Kim is very knowledgeable, explains everything, and will also go out of her way to make contact with other doctors for her patients, and will also find relevant documentation/information to explain things further. Kim is so caring towards her patients that the one time my son had a bad fall and I had to cancel his session, she called to check up on him. :)

I also started to see Kim about my back and shoulders. I was given acupuncture on my back (which has done wonders, although hesitant at first) and my shoulders are starting to feel much better. Jeshmi (the receptionist/admin assistant) is very personable, and welcoming when you arrive. Although, we utilize Kim, Sandro is also very welcoming and shows his appreciation that you have chosen Evolution Healing Centre. I would recommend Evolution Healing Centre! I am appreciative of their services and their commitment to their patients!

Kim Watkins and Gabby are the utmost rehab team for me. Rehab exercises have been extremely effective to my post stroke rehab recovery. I’ve had rehab with others prior to my relocation, the key to Kim and Gabby’s successful treatments have been effective educating and listening to the patient. They are AWESOME!!!!

I injured my shoulder playing tennis and after months of waiting for MRI results, I enrolled as a patient at Evolution Healing. Sandro used a special software to demonstrate and explain my injury in detail. This allowed us to effectively repair and heal my body with an understanding of how to avoid unnecessary future injuries. Thank you Sandor and staff
