No one at the store seemed to want to…
No one at the store seemed to want to help it was all very confusing and extremely frustrating to try and pick up an order that was ordered online and paid for. Needless to say as there are many other builders merchants out there I will not be using Bradfords ever again

MOT Type 1 Ordered online
Ordered online, was followed up with a friendly and professional phone call to confirm delivery. Delivery driver was very efficient and craned the bags to exactly where I needed them.
Would highly recommend !

Brilliant delivery and product
Bradfords were great from start to finish. Only wish we had tried them first before a certain other large gravel company, who were dreadful! Gravel is brilliant and good value for money

Some materials sub standard
I had some sleepers and other materials delivered. The delivery men could not have been more helpful and would get 5 stars. Out of the 12 sleepers ( hidden in the middle) were at least 3 sub standard ones, big chunks of edges missing and already signs of rot. If I’d of been collecting these from the store I would not have accepted them.
