Good Morning Mr Pike,
Assuming this is in relation to the compost bin part of your order I can see that it is being delivered by the supplier on our behalf and had an initial lead time of 14 working days (as per the order confirmation you received). Sadly due to your postcode being outside of the suppliers standard delivery area there is an extended lead time of 7-10 working days in addition to the 14 putting the ETA as on or before the 4th of December.
This extended lead time was communicated to you via the email provided on the 31st of October 9:19 am. We understand this may be longer than you are willing to wait so if you would like to cancel please let us know at customer.service@bradfords.co.uk

Ready mixed lime mortar ordered online
Needed to source some ready mix lime mortar to do internal pointing. Bradford’s website pointed me to their branches that had stock. Ordered on line on the Saturdayand collected on the Monday. Very pleased.

Shocking customer service
Goods not arrived from supplier direct due to IT issues which has now been the excuse for a week, Bradfords themselves seem to do little to resolve any issue or even bother replying to emails, safe to say I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Fantastic experience
I have had such a positive experience using Bradfords in Launceston, the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. They have made several deliveries to me where access is challenging and they have gone out of their way to deliver goods where I would like them. Delivery is prompt and you are kept informed. I could not recommend them highly enough.
