We arrived rather late, but a plesent young man stayed behind to serve us. The yard gate was just being shut, but was re-opened to let us in and our goods loaded. Everyone was more than helpful.

Very easy to order on line and then get a delivery date from the branch.
The driver, Alex, was great and put the bag exactly where I needed it. He is the happiest driver I think I have ever come across!!

Shoddy customer service from the Ross…
Shoddy customer service from the Ross on wye branch. Lies regarding my delivery which was ‘lost in transit’. They wouldn’t deliver until item was found even though they knew my time frame for completion was imminent. I was spoken to so disrespectfully I felt undervalued and worthless. This branch has deteriorated rapidly in recent months and this isn’t the first problem I have experienced this year.

Longer than usual for delivery.
Great products as usual, unfortunatly had to wait 9 days between ordering & delivery🤔. It would be useful if the website could indicate average current delivery times.

Ordered on the weekend online. Monday got a call from a very pleasant chap who was very accommodating regarding delivery times. Delivery arrived on schedule, by another helpful and friendly fella. Products as ordered and good quality, no damage.

Helpful and polite amazing service.
I had two telephone conversations with the sales team. Wow so so polite and helpful.
Delivery came earlier than anticipated which was really helpful to us wanting to get the job started at the weekend. AND the delivery was left in the exact spot we had requested .Most surely recommend and will use again. Thank you.
