Excellent decking product in stock and competitively priced.
From my initial in-person visit where I was assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable fork-lift driver, to updates via telephone and text message, and a delivery driver who didn't give-up on the first attempt to reverse into our very narrow lane, and then off-loaded the product precisely, my experience with Bradfords was first class. I haven't used them much before, having tended to go to the superstore DIY chains (which frequently disappoint), but this was a far superior experience and I'll certainly look at sourcing future materials from Bradfords instead. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended…
A decent team here from the office to the delivery. All very helpful and good communication on delivery times and stock availability. The drivers are good at what they do and I found better skilled and more helpful than others I’ve had deliver to site. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using again no doubt.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I booked and paid for our skirtings online and a member of staff soon called me to say that our order was ready to collect. They were good quality, a good price and most importantly - in stock! We’d wanted 10 pieces and various other stores didn’t have any. We will definitely be using Bradfords again!

As always, very quick response and delivery. This time I cancelled an 'Item to follow' after hours and replaced with an alternative, all done and delivered the next morning without a hitch. Excellent service.

Credit where credit is due. My order from Bradfords Trowbridge was delivered on time and complete. They also managed to deliver a day earlier than requested. The driver was very helpful in lifting all of the materials over my garden fence. Thank you very much
