Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong size timber online and called my local Bradfords to change the order which they did. Unfortunately they still delivered the original size but one quick call to a friendly and helpful person and the next day it was changed. The customer service I got meant I did not mind the error.

First use of click and collect good.
First time using this service and overall very good with time and efficiency. One slight negative the wrong type of edging stones were put up meaning a delay while the very helpful forklift driver corrected the issue.

Excellent service from the Bradfords driver. I was happy for the wood to be left at the front and move myself later. He very kindly brought the whole delivery to where I needed to build. Excellent service and I will use again. Thanks

Delivered exactly as quoted
The branch manager cslled me to confirm receipt of my order and said I'd receive a text to confirm my delivery date and time which I did. It arrived on time as stated and the delivery drivers were great. Brought the order in to my hallway as I have a back disability. Very courteous and extreme polite and helpful

Made the order on a Saturday evening after the depot had closed, had a phone call first thing Monday to confirm the order and was given a delivery date. Was very impressed with their customer service.

Such a smooth purchase from start to finish.
I bought a fence post and postcrete online using Bradfords Web page. Easy to use and the cheapest in the area. I received a phone call to say my order was ready for collection on the same day. Collected it from the yard without any problems, staff were all very helpful and polite. Excellent.
