Nothing but good things to say
Nothing but good things to say, the board itself is sick. Love the way it skates. The team at the warehouse were nice enough to put the griptape on for me as well. Would recommend !

Skateboarding is a never ending…
Skateboarding is a never ending learning process so to use the braille app for encouragement to aid in that process is helpful for beginners and seasoned skaters alike. I especially like the trick guide. Keep up the great work!

It didn't arrive on time
It didn't arrive on time, I was already out of the country when it arrived. Not only that but my email's got ignored too.
edit: I see your reply but I don't think I can reply to that. You did refund, and I did buy again to send it to my sister's house, Placed the new order Dec 27th, Nothing happened until the 8th when it got in transit, the 9th I left the USA, the 10th it arrived at my sisters house.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear you had issues with your order. It looks like we did send out a replacement to a relative in the US after having trouble sending the package to your country, and we gave you a full refund. I'm so sorry there wasn't more we could do in this situation and that there wasn't a better outcome. I sincerely apologize again!
Christmas gift for daughter
We bought our 10 year old daughter the beginners complete set up and she loves it! The board is great and the set up was well done. I grew up shredding in the 90’s and it was hard for me to wrap my head around purchasing a complete online. I had never heard of Braille Skateboards but would definitely buy from them again.

I hope you go back to the old tshirts with the printed on tag. The quality was much better. That’s why I have like 8 of your shirts lol. The last kids one was a low quality Hanes T-shirt. My son said it was very itchy. He loves the old ones and has a bunch of shirts also. We love Braille and will continue to support you. Everyone is very nice and super giving.

The shirt is cool and fits true to size. The screen print is a little rough on my back though. I’m hoping with a few washes it will soften and not stick so much.

First time trying skateboarding and…
First time trying skateboarding and Chloe was awesome at providing information via email and helping me make a decision on board and wheel size for my purchase. Their videos are great for learning skateboarding and learning tricks. Their idea is that anyone can learn how to skateboard and their service and tools make it easy to take the leap and try a fun and often misunderstood sport/hobby.
