Great customer service and great…
Great customer service, great products, and great experiences with the lessons with robby. We saw the braille team at a skatepark and they went out of their way to take a picture with my kid. I highly recommend the private lessons with robby. He is top notch.

Perfect On Braille's Side
Overall the ordering process and product are great, the only issue I had was with shipping. For some reason FedEx is really unreliable in my area (Rural Oklahoma) and I got my package a few days late, so maybe a different shipping option like UPS would help?
Other than that no complaints!

Just so you know for next time, you can select from FedEx, UPS, and USPS in the dropdown menu at checkout. The website usually defaults to FedEx because it's often the cheapest option. I hope that clears things up for you, and thank you again!
Braille Skateboarding is the best!
Braille Skateboarding is the best! I have the Greek gods deck set and some T shirts. The decks are great. I've been riding the first one for a while now and it's in great shape... no stress cracks after lots of crashes. The T shirts are super comfortable and look great.

Exceedingly amazing shoes
Exceedingly amazing shoes! It took longer than expected but I can overlook that considering the top tier quality of these shoes and I can't forget the hand signed card from Aaron Kyro himself! Of course, customer support was always friendly and patient, answering all my questions and helping out to the best of their abilities. Will definitely be buying more Braille products!

I would love to edit or even remove I previous review that was a one star review and switch it to a 4star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Knowing I preordered shoes was not the issue at all! I am VERY happy with my product and very pleased with quality and materials! I will be purchasing from BrailleSkateboarding very soon!

I placed my order for 1 quarter pipe on 12/26. I emailed to inquire when the order would ship, because there has been no movement or updates. I have not heard back from customer service. I am currently giving a 1 star review because I have paid in full and been left in the dark of when my package will arrive. I understand delays, but I just expect some sort of timeline or response. I am hoping if the product does arrive, that I can update this review with kinder words and satisfaction.

Ordered for my son who is 7 and he loves it. He even built a half pipe with his Dad for it the day after it arrived. Lots of tricks and tips online which are helpful. Shipping was fairly easy, lots of communication on status of delivery which was great. Definitely pleased with the purchase and would buy again. Maybe for his birthday!
