Braille Skateboarding is an amazing company with amazing products! We ordered two skateboards and they are really good quality for a fair price. I suggest everyone starts skateboarding with one of there boards. I also really appreciate the daily content there making. There videos are really good for if you are just learning to skateboard or if you want to have a good laugh. Thank you Braille Team!

Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters for Christmas on 11/29. The site said 5-8 day shipping, but we just received them on 12/14. One of the boards was not complete. One of the wheel apparatus was completely off the board (thank God screws and nuts were in bottom of box) and the other wheel apparatus was not secure on board. Thankfully my husband was able to finish putting board together...hopefully correctly! I ordered from this company because they seemed to be professional skateboard company....I was disappointed in careless construction of “completed” board.

There’s a lot of people who are fake on camera and really jerks in real life I believe you guys are all just dope human beings thank you. Ordered a skateboard for my sons birthday on December 7, paid extra for 3 day shipping first it said it would be delivered Dec 13 now it says December 15. Contacted customer service and they do not stand behind it. IMO it seems that customer service is very lacking and I am taking my business elsewhere.

This year is my son's 10th birthday and it shares the same week that Christmas falls on. After finding Braille videos on Facebook my son and I got into watching them together. He doesn't know it yet but he's getting his first skateboard which I know he's going to love. Especially since his friend just got a board recently. The Braille team inspires activity and as a father I appreciate that. The ready-to-ride board we got was high quality and and the customer service was fantastic!

I ordered some shoes from the site a few weeks ago, the tracking ID said they would be delivered Dec.4, wrote customer service about the issue. Was told the item was a presale item. So why didn’t it say presale on the site then??

I have not received my order or any updates

I ordered a bundle, checking off many items on my son's Christmas list. I kept thinking this seems too good to be true. But it all arrived this week and looks great. I can not wait to give it to him. The only down, would be I kept checking for an order confirmation email, and an email communicating it had been shipped. I never saw any. I was worried my son would see the delivery. Thank you for putting together this great bundle and putting out great content so that my skateboarding son continues to work hard at his craft, and loves you, and wants to wear your brand.

Braille has really inspired my son to pick up skateboarding. We were able to buy him a great complete board, learn how to skate vol 1, and a mystery box. He will be thrilled on Christmas morning when he gets a board from his favorite skaters! Thanks Braille team!
