Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, the only thing that let you down was when I ordered my set of decks, only 1 arrived. But your customer service responded the following day and I recieved the rest of the decks a few weeks later

Still waiting on part of my order. I was expecting the complete order to give as a Christmas gift. Even if the order is delayed for reasons out of your control, a simple update would be nice.

We did send an update email on 12/24 that this item was delayed in customs and expected to ship out at the end of the month, I'm so sorry for that inconvenience and if the email didn't arrive to you. Very helpful customer service
So I had a shipping issue, the shoes I ordered wouldn’t arrive to the address I shipped before our family left for holiday. I communicated with Melissa P. To hopefully change the shipping address, she was extremely helpful and even absorbed the extra shipping charges. Great customer service, I will absolutely shop here again!
