Waste of time don't buy from this company

Just in response to the reply. If I could up load proof that you do or someone is using the same email address as your company and name. So I suggest you research it or stop telling lies!

After our many emails back and forth, I told you that you in fact did not order on next day delivery and you used the standard Evri delivery so you would not have received this in time anyway.
Regardless of this, you ordered in the Christmas and new year period when we were not in. We had this written on the home page of the website and also in our Delivery & Returns section in our customer information which I have linked below.

Absolute rubbish quality
Absolute rubbish quality. Zip sticks repeatedly but they wouldn't refund - won't be using them again.
See their response below. A zip pocket where the zip doesn’t work isn’t faulty? Shoddy customer service. Avoid!

I can confirm that you in fact returned this product with no tags attached (used) and the fault you claimed the jacket had was not a fault at all.
We sent the jacket back to you as this did not qualify for a return as you removed the tags, we can see you have sent this back to us again so you will shortly receive this in the post.
As stated, your order had no tags and a false claim of a fault so due to this your order was not refunded.

Fab! So glad I found the site. I was looking for budget friendly dumbells and managed to get 2 x 10kg weights for £20! Everywhere else was charging extortionate prices. Will definitely use this site again.
