No customer service …

Bought a shoe and the sole shows it’s been worn as it’s dirty, which wasn’t indicated on the description that it’s not new, when I got this shoe/ sandal
I sent several emails and completed the query form, but till now non has been replied.

They’ve gone seriously downhill of late

Sale Lab sells distressed inventory products that haven’t sold in the previous season or seasons, often in limited sizes. Some items may be samples.

They used to be good for a cheap bargain, but the real problems start with painfully slow delivery (which you pay £4.95 for) and end with you having to chase them multiple times over weeks and weeks to get a refund (which you also pay returns postage on)

I’m still chasing a refund over 3 weeks after returning an item (with no reply) and a newer order still hasn’t arrived over a week after ordering it - apparently it hasn’t even been processed or dispatched yet.

This level of service tells me they either just don’t care any more or they are no longer able to operate a business to any kind of acceptable service standards.

For this reason, I’d strongly recommnend avoiding them.

Delivery cost is too expensive. More photos, details and description needed for each item on the website. This will help with deciding whether to purchase the items or not. As in many cases when the item arrives, it’s not up to par and still cost to return

People should avoid these sale lab I place an order for 4 items £37:50 including postage they did not inform me two of the items is out of stock they sent the 2 items out that 2 items is £13 and they charge me £6:50 for postage I’m sending emails fourth times they reply to my email to cancel the items or refund my postage,and before I notice these I have already placed another order worth £39:50 , I received the first order which have two items inside today: order number #102384 they said already shipped out the second order number #102445 worth £39 :50 including shipping unfortunately they used same Royal Mail tracking number for both items
Which is FP029604436GB Royal Mail only delivered the first order I call royal mail’s immediately they said they don’t give one tracking number for two items.

Products missing in my order

I have been a regular returning customer for a number of years and have been extremely happy with the service and products I have received however lately this has changed. I have received an order with missing products 2 weeks ago and emailed straight away about the issue and I heard nothing back! I have since sent 5 further emails, filled in a contact form on the website and messaged on Facebook and instagram still no response. There is no other way to contact so I have just been left waiting. Not great. I have paid for the items so they have had the money but im still missing products.

Some issues with stock control, dispatch times and customer service

Slow dispatch times and regularly have items out of stock, which they cancel from your order without communicating it to you or apologising. Only some of the items turn up, then you discover the order was amended to remove items and you eventually get a refund. Good prices, items are fine when they're actually delivered, but a poor stock management, order fulfilment and customer service experience.

2 orders within the past 2 weeks I’ve had issues with. One arrived with 2/4 items only yet I’ve been charged for all 4, chased multiple times and still no explanation as to where the other 2 items are. Second order was refunded with no explanation yet they refunded me just for the items and not for the postage yet they aren’t sending anything?

Returned two items in the same parcel…

Returned two items in the same parcel to save on postage, have been refunded for one and not the other. No way to contact a human, every email ignored, every attempt to contact via the form on their website. Apalling customer service. They do seem to respond to negative 1 star reviews on here- so let's see if this motvates them to do some basic customer care.

Zero customer service

Deals are great and i got confirmation of order straight away but i payed extra for 24hr delivery -60hrs later still no tracking update i needed these for an occasion and no idea how to return if and when they finally arrive. No actual person to talk to only bots.

Well worth the wait

I recently bought some Joseph trousers from this store. The trousers were in perfect condition and a good fit. The delivery time was longer than I expected approx 4 weeks, but well worth the wait!

Order not arrived.

Order not arrived.
Ordered on the 11th of March emailed them a week later as had 48 hour delivery.
Was told they are moving warehouse my order will be with me soon.
I then receive a message saying delivered. When I was home all day and had received a package from amazon, nothing else was delivered.
I asked my neighbours on my side and the road opposite as we will take packages in no one had seen it.
I’ve messaged sale lab twice and only received reply saying it’s been delivered.
This was my second time ordering from them. My first order came extremely quick with no problems. This time my order never arrived and seem to be having issues with communication.

No bargains on here !

Rare to find a bargain on here. Mostly 3rd division brands in unusual sizes and it’s getting worse! Usually brands that nobody wants are on sale or still cripplingly expensive brands like Lanvin or Barena No deals on here - save your money and shop on Vinted or End.
