Equipment was there, fully functioning. Friendly service on collection and return.

Collected equipment at opening time with no problem. Equipment worked perfectly.

Very easy ordering process, plate compactor was provided with petrol already in, with surcharge / add on being more than reasonable (less than £6 I think it was), collected and dropped with ease, with a demo on how to use it before I left the forecourt.
Very satisfied customer and first time user. Would use again for any hire needs

The staff were very helpful. An unfortunate problem with one of the items I hired was resolved quickly and efficiently so five stars for the service, three stars for the equipment - average four stars.

Arrived in the time window given, the delivery man was most helpful in unloading the scaffolding, the MiTower was easy to assemble and sturdy so we were confident to use it. Collection was equally well -handled.

Friendly staff not very efficient.
I hired a floor sander to be delivered on Monday morning, by twelve I rang to find out when it would be delivered. Told that they expected me to collect it. He read the order again and acknowledged that he had misread it but could not deliver until after 4pm but did extend the use period.Eventually it arrived but too late to use it until next day.?
I started using it the next day but after half hour use packed up. I looked up the fault light sequence that was telling me it had an under voltage problem. I took it back to the shop and they exchanged it for another one and this one worked well. I ended up taking it back at the end of the hire period despite paying for collection that wasn’t refunded. A week or so later I hired a sander again and was given the faulty one once more. Had to take it back again and collect a replacement.

Advise second to none, the equipment was clean so there were no problems putting it in my car.
Staff were friendly and would put themselves out for you.
Would use them again any day, and we are telling all that this is the case, the staff need to be looked after better after doing such a great job.

We had excellent work completed by Ashlawn Builders of Bilton, Rugby.
However, despite my two phone calls to Brandon Hire Station, to remind them that they have been requested by Ashlawn Builders to remove their portable toilet facility, Brandon Hire Station have yet to do so!
We are now into the Fourth Day waiting for the Toilet to be removed.
The responses I received from Brandon Hire Service were discourteous and totally unhelpful.
Shame on them!

Great service and great people to deal with, as well as the best price.
Will definitely be using again.
