Very friendly to deal with. Tool required was well maintained and delivered when promised and collection was also flawless.

It was a great experience, Martin the store manager was super helpful, I will definitely use their services again.

They were very helpful with delivery timing Both delivery and collection drivers were polite.

This could be 5 stars, but…
The price was great, tool availability great, ease of hiring online mostly great, although the site doesn’t work on iPad so I had to do it on mobile.
What knocks off stars is the demeanour of the manager. Firstly he insisted on making me wait to be served by him despite the lad on the till clearly being ready to do so. Secondly he was condescendingly sexist “Have you used one of these before madam? No, I didn’t think so.” Thirdly, he shouted at the lovely man who went to get the tool for pulling it across the floor (he hadn’t heard him say put it on a trolley). At the top of his voice. In front of customers. It was shocking and embarrassing. He could have spoken to him later, not yelled at him like a naughty kid in front of a load of people. No way to treat staff. I sympathised with the guy while he was taking my tool out to the car, just because I wanted him to know that was inappropriate and I felt for him.

Helpful on the phone, products available on time, worked well, cost ok.

Equipment not great. Bucket on scarifier broken. Not checked before sent out

First class service from start to finish hiring cement mixer and vibrating plate:

Absolute scammers, have an account with this company which is not worth any loyalty at all, have hired some large generators in the last couple of months, been ripped of on all occasions, they charge what they like and rip you off on the fuel. it would have been cheaper just ordering on line without an account.
Have now closed as have about 3 other hire companies near by which offer a good service. you have been warned check price before hiring from this company.

Guildford branch were excellent, friendly, gave great advice and help - probably couldn’t have been more helpful -Martin in particular helped me get the job done by the required deadline as a result.

We had a 100% service, quick and easy to hire, delivery wad sharpish and finished the job quicker than expected and the stump grinder was collected the same day!! All instructions visible and made the job so much easier!! We would 100% recommend and if in the future we need to hire any heavy equipment we know the place to go!!

Hired a cordless angle grinder from the Guildford branch. Was quickly brought up from another branch. Tool worked a treat as I used it over the weekend to strip a metal garage door. Good products, good service and good advice on how to get best results.

I hired a floor sander and floor edging sander from the Guildford depot. The rates of hire were very competitive and the process of booking everything on line extremely straight forward. We ended up hiring the edging sander from the store after realising that we should have hired this at the beginning of the job! Martin made this very easy and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Brandon Hire.
