very helpful and genuine and…
very helpful and genuine and experienced when advising on tools and consumables. happy to take unused consumables back. really flexible adjusting things as the situation on ground/building site changes. I used them before and will use them again. Customer service like it should be and the heart of what they are doing.

Good advice on the phone before placing my order on line.
Efficient collection process and clear instructions regarding the use of a floor sander and edging sander. Hired for a weekend with the equipment returned when the branch opened at 7.00am on Monday morning.

The whole process was smooth
The whole process was smooth from collection to return. The gentle man at the office was super helpful and nice, he explained how to use the item up to the last information I may need. Very good customer service and the item I hired did an excellent job.

I felt their pricing was very fair…
I felt their pricing was very fair which drew me to use them. Then when I went to pick the item up, the gentleman working there was full of useful advice which really helped. Would recommend, and will be using again when needed
