There is no refund in any of my accounts
The reply by them does not appear to be true. There is no refund in my accounts or PayPal... If you can show evidence that may make a difference. You also did not inform me of any refund, I only checked when I saw this.
The jeans were completely wrong composition to description. The phone to customer service is a full voice box and they do not read comments in full on their Facebook. Called years old number they somehow managed to get. I did not give it, nor us it on my Facebook. Awful

Thank you for the review. Sorry to hear that you are not happy. The telephone number is what was input upon ordering this is not something that we add. If you used auto fill this can cause old information to be input. I can see that the team have refunded the order on Tuesday 30/01/24.

Order 3 items for christmas and only received 2 tried phomong them with no answer then emailed on the 20th December with no reply emailed again on the 26th December and yet again no reply

Sorry to hear that you are not happy. I have looked into this for you and can see that an error occurred whilst the warehouse staff were working as fast as they could to get all orders out as quick as they could over the Christmas period and they missed the quantity ordered for this 1 item.
I can see that your emails were responded to after the staff returned from their Christmas breaks and the auto email sent in response to your first email stated that they were out of office until 02/01/24. I can see that the missing item was refunded to you following a phone call made to the team on our offices reopening, and that the 2 items which you stated are being returned to us will be refunded within 3-5 working days from the day they arrive to us.
I have forwarded the review and emails to the warehouse manager so he can remind his staff to check quantities required.
We apologise again for the oversite with your order.
