The order was sent promptly but the jogging suits were not nice material and came up small, ok for price but if you are prone to electric shocks from static, they won’t be for you.
The return was at my cost £12, but the actual cost of the five jogging suit s was returned.

Please could I ask for you to provide the tracking number which the post office will have issued to you when you returned this to us.
This will allow us to track this from our side and see when this arrived to us and where this is up to within our returns system.
All refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-5 working days of being returned to our warehouse.

Too short and returns aren’t simple
Ordered two different tracksuits and very short. Not the same as the description details. Returns aren’t free or made easy.
