I have only needed support with the product twice, once was user error and one time for a replacement part. The support is absolutely outstanding everytime. From Izzy in Support to James the engineer it is just a joy to deal with them.

Our company is still awaiting delivery of our ice bath, despite having made payment in March 2024. Brass Monkey refuses to issue a refund, citing its refund policy, even though the product has not been delivered and is not in the production line—circumstances that clearly fall outside the scope of its so-called policy. Unfortunately, we now have no choice but to involve our solicitor. We strongly advise against purchasing an ice bath from them.

The excellent, professional customer service. Every question I had regarding my purchase has been answered within a few hours.
On the day of delivery a 2 man team took their time in setting the unit up and going through every part of the set up process.
There was a slight problem with my Plunge. I emailed them that night, the very next morning i had an Engineer called Jack come over and fix the issue.
Jack also took his time in explaining things and left once I was satisfied with everything.
As a company, you can’t foresee every problem that may arise but what you can do is make sure you’re able to be on the end of the phone/email and rectify the problems and Brass Monkey do just that!!
It was the exact customer service I’d expect from a quality company.
