Very poor service - avoid
Ordered an item a week in advance for a birthday and paid £6 in delivery fees for Next Day delivery.
The latest day that I was supposed to receive my item I was made aware that my item had only just been posted - despite being 5 days after my order and with no updates from Brewco at all.
After chasing I was told in would receive the item the next day, which then also didn't come to pass.
When I requested that the postage be refunded, my request was refused so I asked to cancel the order and to be refunded. Again, refused as the item has not been returned to sender - how can I send it back if I haven't received it!?
First time using Brewco and certainly the last, AVOID!

Thanks for the feedback.
As discussed, we sent this as next day delivery. Sorry Royal Mail failed to deliver this on time.
As mentioned, once you refuse delivery, I will happily refund this order, or I'll happily pay for the return of it and refund.
It seems like whatever we offer is not good enough for you, so kind of stumped with this one. I've tried calling several times to discuss how we can resolve this, but no answer so far.
Anyway, have a nice evening and weekend.
