Perfectly packaged, the stovetop steamer works incredibly, lovely company to buy from!

Quite a learning curve dialling in the amount of boiling water needed to get to steam in just 6 1/2 mins.

Wish this came with an alternative tip with only one hole as well. To see the differences

Really good communication, and customer care, following an item that was lost by DHL.
A replacement was sent out by a different courier straight away, i still haven't received it yet, but coriers do become slow this time of year, and I have every confidence that the product will be as described.

The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the week plus and counting for delivery.

They do say that delivery is usually within 48 hours of ordering.

I would certainly have no problem recommending brew tool.

The staff seem genuinely enthusiastic about the products, and knowledgeable.

Ordered few things from BrewTool and my order was processed quickly. Unfortunately, it was sent by DHL Parcel and I had some trouble with them, as they probably lost my package (long story).
I contacted BrewTool and Henry sent again what I ordered with another courier, that fortunately arrived a few days later. Henry was very helpful during this process and I've been happily using the items I ordered since then.

Shipping was much faster than the suggested date and there were even a few freebies thrown in! Ages ago the product I wanted was out of stock and I mentioned how sad I was on their Instagram and then as soon as it came back in stock they remembered and told me. Granted it took me awhile after that to purchase but I still appreciated that they remembered me!

Great all around. Will keep coming back for anything I need coffee related in the future.

I ordered the Bellman CX-25p and a foaming jug. At the time it said I would not receive this package until March and I wanted to have it arrive before my birthday in April. Somehow it arrived within a week of ordering with both a handwritten note and a few Christmas goodies included. Really happy with my experience, great customer service, would definitely order again! Bought a milksteamer for cappocino/latte/...

I work in a coffee house. My job consists of making hearts and stuff in cappuccinos, machiatto's,...

And i must say this steampipe works really great.
I use it at home, everyday.

Good service. The package included a handwritten "thank you" note.

Amazing service. I wasn't sure to begin with what product best suited my needs but Ross was really helpful in helping me choose, the bellman came very well packaged, with a handwritten note and arrived very quickly. All in all, great company, great products and great service.

After loads of research, (usual for me) I decided to opt for the ROK espresso maker and grinder to take to work as obviously my Rancilio isn't portable. I also decided I wanted, as James Hoffman put it, "the Zen quality of making an espresso" the ROK offered that you don't get with an electric machine.
Again after much research, Brewtool, who I've not used before were my choice of supplier. I was delighted to see too that they were offering a discount on the two items.
Having placed my order I received confirmation emails from Brewtool and then was amazed to find an email from UPS land very soon after saying my order would be delivered the next day. Sure enough it arrived as promised, safely packed without any plastic in sight and to top it off a lovely hand written note from Ross & Giles.

Can't speak highly enough of the customer service top class company and highly recommended.
