Great product, great service.
Very satisfied with the quick delivery (especially at the moment with the pandemic going on).
The Milk Steamer is also really good. My wife was pleased to receive it as a gift, and has been greatly enjoying working on her latte art at home.
I would definitely recommend this product and this company!

Wow, Todd, a five is super generous considering originally it definitely deserved a 1; sad though it may seem we dropped the ball!
Ross went on a month-long sabbatical (he's back now) and in our handover haste we forgot to transfer over the most critical email account, contact@brewtool.co.uk. This meant that it wasn't checked so Todd's increasingly frantic emails regarding UPS non-delivery didn't get seen until we realised way too late.
When I spoke to Todd in California and explained he was very understanding. We sent him a replacement ROK in place of the UPS lost one and refunded him the original cost, covering all courier fees ourselves. It's a salutary lesson for us and it won't happen again!
Thank you Todd for giving us a chance to put things right, we really appreciate it!

Hi Michael, sorry your delivery experience was poor. Christmas is always a bit hit and miss with courier companies with around a 40% increase in courier traffic over the Holidays. We use UPS as our go to courier as they have proved over the last year and recently to be the most reliable. we have a very good relationship with our local Driver "UPS Mike" and he provides and excellent service, its the bit we cant control unfortunately that has let us down...sorry .

Dear Manuel, thank you for giving us your feedback, we do think this is valid even though you’ve used some pretty punchy words ;-). We’ve never had this issue before over hundreds of sales of the Bellman products on our website. We can see that there is potential to buy the wrong product as the range of product pictures and price change depending on the model you select. Easy to miss if your excitement makes you hit the buy button before you’ve selected which model you’d like. Your comments are helpful feedback for us, so we are in the process of separating the two similar products onto different web pages so there can be no doubt about what you’re buying. It’s a shame you didn’t take us up on the offer of a ‘courier free’ switch for your purchase at the time (which still stands) but pleased that you’ve given us feedback to make things much clearer and less ‘controversial’ thanks again.
