Ordered the Bellman stovetop steamer, a nice retro-looking device. It was shipped fast to The Netherlands and received it in just a few days, with a personal note! Nice, functional steamer that sure will open a few coffee-related discussions. Recommended webshop with a personal touch.

Cool coffee stuff
Great source of coffee related paraphernalia, they've got some cool gadgets, great customer service, prompt despatch and use a decent courier. Their IT is also good, so you know what's going on and when stuff will arrive. All in all, great company offering great products in a very interesting market segment, highly recommended, the coffee as well as the company.

I wanted a ROK machine in the UK, as I had one in NZ for years and missed it when I came back home. From the first time I contacted them until i decided to also buy the ROK grinder - they were amazing, fantastic customer service, and I loved the handwritten notes! Great price and customer service
Got my ROK after a few emails with Ross, who seems to live behind the computer answering random questions on all aspects of products, even following up through out the delivery process. And oh, also got mine at really good price too!
