My ROK coffee maker arrived swiftly and there was even a sample if coffee to get started with. The ROK makes the best coffee. I’ve had one for many years but couldn’t resist a second machine in red! Highly recommended.

The best marker of a quality company is how they act when something goes wrong. Something - which wasn't their fault - went wrong with my order, and they very effectively moved heaven and earth to achieve a very positive outcome, which met even my perfectionistic high standards. Not only was their approach sterling when it came to sorting this problem, but, prior to the problem even transpiring, they also excelled in adding an exciting personal touch in an increasingly impersonal globalised world - their method of packaging, personalisation, and inclusion of complimentary goodies made it feel like Christmas even though it was months away. I have bought via the internet hundreds of times, but, notwithstanding this, they stand out head and shoulder above the rest. I don't know whether they can keep up this good work, but if they do, you'll also be able to experience some awesome customer service.

Brew tool has such considerations for the little things
Brew tool seem to have such a genuine interest in customer satisfaction! With all the little things they do, it creates a really enjoyable experience. The postage was pretty quick; inside my package was a nice hand written note; of course, the product was great!!!

Delivery process is highly disappointing
Delivery process is disappointing
It's rather a fault of UPS than the shop itself but the delivery pastner definitely worth reconsidering.
I ordered the package to my home address and provided the mobile number. At the supposed delivery hour I was present at home but the agent didn't not contact me and I have received an email that the box was placed in a nearby pickup point.
The pickup point was 1km from my place which is not smth you expect when paying 20€ for it to be home delivered. The working hours announced that the shop is open till 7pm. I got there by 18 20 and the shop was closed. I then returned twice a day after and it was still closed... After my 3rd attempt, I have finally managed to get my package but it was extremely time consuming and in my opinion unprofessional and unreliable.

They got back to us to apologise (to you via us) and to say they have followed up with the pick-up shop and challenged them to update their times to reflect their opening hours.
