Good except did not deliver on appointed day and did not let me know could not do so. Otherwise an excellent experience.

Although the prices are higher than some shops or online offers it is far better to use a local shop. Also they offer installation and takeaway your old appliances.
Purchased several electric goods from them.

A replacement oven was required for a rental property, I was hoping to source locally. A quick google search revealed Bright Ideas....what a find!
Josh and Alex dealt with my query quickly and effectively, sourced the a suitable replacement and liased with both myself and the tenant throughout.
It shouldn't be unusual to experience such excellent service but unfortunately it is. I'm so impressed and delighted to have found them. Don't overlook them on price either, they can often match the multinationals! Local company with excellent service, highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

We have just had a new dishwasher installed and were extremely impressed with both the price and the fitting.
