$104 paid. Six weeks wasted. Nothing delivered.

My experience with Brikoly has been absolutely appalling. I paid $104 for leggings on September 15. Six weeks later I have no order, no delivery date and customer support I can no longer reach.

On October 15, they told me the package had shipped and was delayed at customs. They asked me to wait. Two weeks later OnTrac STILL shows “Waiting for package from shipper.” Their explanation has led to absolutely nothing.

Now my emails bounce back with a delivery error - even though I’m writing to the exact same address!! they previously replied from. Messages to support through their website go unanswered too.

They managed to take my $104 without a problem. Delivering the purchase or answering follow-up questions apparently requires a miracle.

This is a disgraceful way to treat paying customers. I paid for leggings, not six weeks of chasing a company for basic answers.

One star is more than this experience deserves. Based on my experience, save your money and avoid Brikoly!

I bought a swimsuit from them and never received my order. The tracking number was fake. Stay away from this scammer.

Brikoly offers stunning swimsuits that are extremely well made. A true work of art! Customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

This is scam. They take your money and don’t send the order.

I really loved the quality, for me that is not easy to find underwear that is confortable and fresh the fibers of the fabrics are really good, it doesn’t itch and don’t makes you sweat, The designs are unique, and the best part is that I obtained what I saw in the photos.

The prints doesn’t fade away when you wash it, I can dare to say that the quality of the small details like the hooks on the bra and in the bodysuit are superior, very confortable to use and fits perfectly on my size which is difficult due I have a big breast, it’s difficult to find confortable bra’s
