Speeds were fine, had the service for a few months now, with a few outages, but no more than anyone else (not you VM, you were down more than you were up!), but when I did have a problem, getting it resolved over Whatsapp and email is painful, slow, and it feels like I'm just constantly having to re-say what's previously been typed, completely disconnected from a normal conversational experience, so the tl;dr is the service is good in terms of speeds, but if you ever have to contact them, be prepared to be frustrated by the run the clock down responses that take hours and hours :(

Great tech support from Lewis. Contacted them after my internet went down, they arranged an engineer to come over and replace the hardware the next day.

Friendly, fast and attentive support from customer services ensured this was worked out the same day, I was sent my contract and even some additional hardware to keep my network running smoothly.
Can't recommend the service enough.

I was asked for a review so here it is. In the few years I've been with Brillband, I've never had a price increase, I've never received a harassing email about an increase in the monthly price. That was the habit of my previous supplier. The promised internet speed is kept. I get what I pay for, no compromise. Brillband keeps its word. Outages are really minimal and exceptional and are resolved quickly. Always. The only thing I wish is that Brillband would return to the classic contact, that is, a phone number. Not just WhatsApp. Otherwise, I'm absolutely satisfied and I recommend them. They are excellent.

Although you have provided a good broadband service, you would not match an identical service on price, in fact, you wanted to reward my 2 year loyalty with a £3 monthly rise to £38…. Paul

Been with Brillband now for 3 years. Same my friends. Outclassed and outpriced everyone then and now. Cannot recommend more.

The Brillband support specialst (Alisha), was extremely quick and efficient in reviewing the status of my network connectivity and identifying that my Eero box required a SW update. Her communication was excellent and very courteous, giving me a clear update as to the status of my broadband connection and what she had done.

Terrible customer service from Brillband. They cut off my broadband because of a payment issue caused by the direct debit not being set up properly, even though I have now paid the outstanding balance. Instead of simply restoring the service, they told me my line had been ceased and that I have to open a brand-new account.
This is completely unreasonable. I never asked for my account to be closed, and for them to leave me without broadband, especially when I need it for work, is beyond frustrating. The whole situation has been handled with no empathy, no flexibility, and no real attempt to resolve the problem. I would not recommend them.
