Went to Ilford store after being told 2…
Went to Ilford store after being told 2 for price of one and a illusion for around 140 . When got there x 4 trays of what you can only low cost non branded frames which they have graded into 3 price bands the quality they claimed are in excess of hundred pounds, thi s compared to specksavers which will get you a branded pair and far superior quality, then they start adding essential bolt ons thinner lenses! , etc and then the price Wow just under £400 now I see the false advertising alot other of reviews are saying , next thing you should consider, unlike the other main opticians if there stores are not making enough money they close them and move out of area , so if you purchased something and need to go back for customer service theres a chance it wont be there ! You really are better off going the mainstream on high Street or supermarket you get a real optician checking your eyes rather than talking on headsets to someone in India or Philippines has the stores only have a salesman present with an ipad that just keeps running the invoice up.
Then look at the trustpilot percentage nearly 1 in 3 customers are unhappy then there would be a percentage that wouldn't know how to find trustpilot because little ability usingthe net .. I really wouldn't waste your time, just stay with the tried Boots ,Specksavers, Vision Express or established independent and tested than respond to there latest celebrations 10 yrs in Germany lol .

Highly recommend Middleton Branch
Initially recommended by my mum who was delighted with her glasses choice. I’ve always gone for designer frames, not being a snob but just the style that suited. I find choosing really difficult however the lady in the store Renee was super helpful narrowing choices down to finally settling on a pair. Can’t wait to to pick them up but in the meantime I’d highly recommend Middleton Arndale store due to lovely staff and a great customer experience. Massive thanks 😊

I went to Brillen in Middleton Arndale after I was quoted over 400 pounds for some glasses , the staff are professional especially Renee Walsh.
I ordered my glasses on the Saturday and they was ready by the following Friday.
The quality of the glasses are great and cost half of the 400 pounds

Very good service, very helpful and good support. They make sure you have what you need, are happy with what you’ve chosen and if you’re not completely happy will work with you so you get what you want.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Brillen. Steve was very helpful and guided me through the process. He explained everything how it works. The remote optician was very good too, and most of all I love my two new pairs of glasses. People are commenting how nice they are.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly
Great service from Steve, I broke my frames and Steve replaced from off the shelf stock instead of sending them back to base for a warranty fix. Fantastic as I needed the glasses for work etc and really appreciated the fast and efficient service with a smile.

New opticians. Recommended.
Excellent service from patient and friendly staff. Very good value. More limited range of frames from some other larger stores but still found what I was looking for. Excellent after sales service. Recommend you check them out.

Avoid using Brillen
Please save your money and your time and stay away from Brillen. I went to the store in Luton. It's a half built shell with no broadband. They are relying on temporary 4G to do their remote eyetest. Completely unprofessional to take bookings at a store that is obviously not ready. No advanced communication of problems either means that I have completely wasted my time going down there. Please avoid.

Oscar Winning Glasses
So, I visited Brillen in Horley on a bit of a whim. Disillusioned with other high street options in the town, I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I definitely did not expect was the first class personal experience I received from start to finish…the best and most technologically advanced eye test that was virtual; an awesome selection of beautifully designed glasses with all the lens options you could need and at a snip of the price.

EXCELLENT BRILLEN MANCHESTER
I cannot rate the service and product highly enough at Brillen Manchester.
Joanne was excellent explaining the eye testing results in detail. Renee was more than helpful in helping to select two new pairs of variofocals When on your own , without your prescription glasses when trying frames on,you cannot clearly see the effect. Renee kindly took photos and left you to decide in your own time exactly which ones you liked.
They even helped with fixing my existing glasses with no charge. A delightful experience from professional staff and at less than £150 for two pairs of variofocals , a total bargain . This is my third year using Brillen and have had no problems regarding product quality and a fantastic range of frames. Delivery before quoted date , what more can you ask for.

Went to Morrisons store in Nottingham…
Went to Morrisons store in Nottingham where Brillens had a partner called Opticians Instore. My appointment had been made online through Brillens website. The Opticians tested my eyes and I paid over £200 for two pairs of glasses. Two weeks later, I chased my order via email with Brillens who claimed I had not ordered or paid for any glasses. I had to provide a copy of my invoice and receipt. It seems that the optician switched the sale to themselves. Both Brillens and the opticians have been unhelpful and evasive and I feel cheated. Brillens sent me a pair of sunglasses that I never asked for by way of an apology but remain uninterested in helping me.
Should have gone to Specsavers. Be careful when dealing with them especially if the store they send you to is just a partner.

Avoid
Very disappointed with brillen. At my appointment today It was explained that the “offer” was only for the most basic prescription - up to 1.5, basically for a low level reading glasses. Higher prescription lenses cost a lot more and you also need to add on the cost of the anti reflective coating at £38. The upshot was that the glasses using the most basic “classic” frame would cost me £340 not the advertised £99. Furthermore if I had an eye test and didn’t buy the glasses they would not allow me to keep a copy of the prescription. Talk about adding insult to injury. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being messed around.
