Nowt "Deep" about this clean...
Rightly or wrongly, I was really disappointed and underwhelmed with my experience with these guys. I went for a 2 person deep clean for 3 hours, and therefore expected my fairly tidy 2 bed flat to be sparkling! Sadly, it was far from that, with dirty dishes left in the sink, the floors not being cleaned or vacuumed properly and really basic things like bin not being wiped or microwave not being cleaned - unsure what exactly was "deep" about this clean...
What was more disappointing was the response from management not willing to resolve these issues, instead taking 3 days to reply in a fairly defensive and unhelpful manner.
I really wanted to use an independent business vs. a cleaning app, and was happy to pay a bit more to support the cleaners, but having had much better cleans by a solo cleaner in 4 hours, and the really crappy way they responded to the clear photos I sent of areas I wasn't happy with, from my experience I definitely won't be using again and wouldn't recommend.
