Brisk Shirts Avis 

4 shirts ordered, fit in body differed on all 4. All collars were uncomfortably tight, French cuffs almost impossible to close. Requested return 8 days ago, no response as yet, will proceed with card dispute.

As to fabric quality, significantly below Charles Tyrwhitt or H&C at similar price point.

Ordering clothing online comes with implicit risk. In the case of my first Brisk order, I selected a custom tailored shirt with a rounded Club collar (Medium point) and a Modern silhouette (described as appropriate for people with a flat stomach). Despite making several queries before placing my order, I was disappointed with the shirt. The collar was at least an inch longer than I expected. The waist billowed five inches beyond my midriff. Brisk representatives said they’d be happy to remake the shirt with a Low Point collar and a Slim waist at no charge. But I would have to pay shipping. This is when I discovered that, although Brisk has an address in Newport Beach, California, its shirts are manufactured in Lahore, Pakistan. The cheapest shipping from the U.S. was more than the original shirt. I considered abandoning the shirt project. But after a few more email conversations with customer service, Brisk kindly agreed to ship me a new shirt at its expense. The re=made shirt is entirely to my satisfaction. The workmanship is beautiful. Now that I’ve established my measurements, I look forward to ordering more shirts from Brisk, whose staff was exceptionally responsive.

I ordered 21 shirts from brisk on March 2nd and i log in to the website and it says i have not order. I also have not status of the order what so ever. I spent $965.00

Great Shirts, the slim fit in 15.5 fits me like a glove. Great construction, patterns, and colors you wouldn’t find anywhere else. I have been looking for shirts like these for a while now. It takes 2-3 weeks to get your custom order but it’s totally worth the wait

I wore Nordstrom Classics, and JW Nordstrom dress shirts for years and years. I'm 55 years old and have worn dress shirts to work every day. My new Brisk dress shirts with cutaway collars are incredible! While, I still would prefer a firmer placard, the shirt itself is some of the best quality I've ever seen!

The shirts I ordered wrinkle like crazy in the wash, not "wrinkle free" as advertised.

I was a regular customer but i have given up on them now due to their poor customer service. They never deliver in time and make lame excuses. Average shipment is 20-25 days against their claim of 8 working days.

The worst experience ever and poor customer service completely awful. I think it’s a home business with no organization. It’s going on a month & still no product with no tracking information. If I didn’t know any better I would think it’s a fraud. I have already notified my bank and doing the same to the FTC. People save your money & time because the small discount is not worth the headache.

My favorite company for shirts. I wear suits every day and For past year I have replaced all my shirts with brisk shirts! I particularly love the 2 button high collars and they recently improved the details of the collars. Surprised to see some customers had issues with customer service as they respond almost immediately on what’sapp. I received shirts once that were not to my liking fit wise and they replaced the shirts at no cost, changing the fit to my style. I am currently waiting for a new set of shirts I ordered! Amazing company and the price is unbelievable
