This was my first order and I liked being able to pick the collar type, sleeve length, and body length. I am pleased with the shirt, it fits great, feels good, and arrived on time.

Customer service in this company does…
Customer service in this company does not exist. When you place an order they send you an email telling you that if you have a concern write to this email that im not allow to put and I had already sent 3 emails and I am still waiting for an answer. I have been waiting for 14 days to know something about my order and I have no information. But when it comes to taking the money out from the bank, for that, they are very fast. The same day I already had the money withdrawn. If they are not going to send me the shirts, they should give me my money back or they should just send me the shirts with all the information. Because this company at this present time is very unprofessional. Very disapointment.

Customer service is non-existent. Email or call. I think this is a one man show. I was sent the wrong order shirt and since the price was respectable I will keep it. But lower your expectations if you’re wanting information from Brisk. Btw, the fit is snug in the chest.

Fabulous quality, the BEST customer service.
The best service I have received from a bespoke shirt-maker. I love the quality of their fabrics and the customer service is outstanding. They respond immediately with any issues that may arise as well. I am constantly getting compliments on my custom made shirts from Brisk! It's my go-to shirt maker for professional and casual wear.

My order is missing and Brisk Shirts…
My order is missing and Brisk Shirts customer service will not respond to my request for a tracking number.
Update:
On December 20th I received the tracking information from DHL.
On December 3rd Brisk Shirts declared the following message:
" Hi GREGORY FERRO, Your order is on the way. Tracking number for your order is . "
Do you see the problem?
The Brisk Shirts email did not include the tracking number.
And it was 17 days before I was informed by the shipper that the product is on its way to me.
At this point, I don't care.
But know this- I clicked on "Contact Us" 3 times and I did not get any response to my questions until I posted my frustration on trustpilot.

Brisk Shirts make a quality product
Brisk Shirts make a quality product. The ability to design your own shirt is fantastic. I particularly like the cutaway collars. Also, Brisk is very responsive to customer questions. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to expand their wardrobe.
