I hadn't read the reviews on Trust Pilot but wish I had. I ordered 3 chains which were supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked on 8th September. Usually you receive an email from Royal Mail telling you that your package is expected and then another tell you when it has been dispatched. I have received neither. I have emailed British Chains and received no reply, I only asked when my chains would be dispatched. I will contact my bank to try and get the payment refunded but I will never use this company again. I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing! I am concerned, after reading reviews, that a) I will not receive the chains b) that they will not be 925 Sterling Silver as advertised, but either very poor quality silver or plated and c) that they will not respond to refund requests, as they are not responding to emails asking when the chains will be dispatched. I do not believe I will receive the chains. So my advice is to read the reviews before purchasing from this company

Never buy something from this site silver nekclase for my husband 1 week later the color its go away marked als zilver 925 by afraid stay away from this site

Bought a chain wore it for 24 hours caused my skin to come up in a nasty rash which was very painful . Never happened before so must be cheap materials used . E mailed for a re fund but had no response .

The item is described as a thick 925 silver curb chain, I've seen thicker paper.
I used a knife to scratch the 'silver' it is copper underneath.
Sent an email but no reply yet.
Don't waste your money with this rubbish.

Please AVOID!
The products are not as advertised online (their chains are actually silver-plated copper without any hallmarks, are flimsy and thin) and sadly, they will not respond to your emails about product returns (the only way to return is to email them using an address on their website hello@.... and request a returns slip). Forget it - you won't hear back from them. Ignore several positive unvarified reviews on their website but check customer reviews on Shopify and Google reviews, all indicating poor rating scores and issues with it being impossible to return their products. Fraudsters - please avoid
