Bought new UK definitive set on eBay from this seller. Never delivered them, hasn't refunded and doesn't respond. Very unhappy with experience with this coin seller.

This is a rip-off Comapny who sell products of cheap quality for double of the price of a good one.
They promise one thing and deliver another.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
BE CAREFUL.

placed an order on 11 june nothing has arrived,no answer to repeated emails through the website and facebook bad company

I ordered on eBay 5 coins but got only 4. There were no answers to my request on eBay and web site. very very frustrated. Bad business.

I have on 3 seperate occaisions ordered coins from this coin company called the english coin company and have been told that they were delivered but with 3 different orders of coins it is a fact that they do not send them i have been very disappointed and i am extremely unhappy with them i would advise every coin collector in the world to boycot this company as they just take yr money and if u dont recoeve what u paid for they just discard yr complaint and tell u theres nothing they can do bout it so they take yr money and rip u off i made 3 seperate orders and theres no way that all of the coins on 3 different purchases would not have arrived 1 mayb but 3 no im sorry im very unhappy feel let down ripped off and will definately boycot their company for coins on ebay they suck

Bought a kew gardens proof coin from the above-mentioned seller via eBay. Not only was he negotiable on the advertised price but genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Being a new customer I was given an overview of the company and the services provided by them. Also I asked for some advice in the best way of obtaining coins in the future. This offer by British coin, is typical of this great site, in its generosity and regard to safe collecting. I bought a BU Peter rabbit 50p coin from British coin, it came superbly wrapped, safely through the postal system, on time and was in the condition stated in the description.
As has been said in other reviews, I find it difficult to trust people will deliver what they say, and I'll receive what they say, so this site is a beacon of trust.
I also found the prices here were very competitive, erring to lower than higher prices.
I'm sure I'll buy more in the future.

I bought a Peter Rabbit uncirculated 2018 fifty pence coin from this seller and am very happy with my purchase. Buying off ebay for coins can be potentially fraught with being scammed or duped, due to not having more specialist understanding in this area.

My sister has been waiting years to find the Paddle duck 50p to complete her Beatrix potter collection so bought as a surprise stocking filler (no-one has to know Santa cheated!). The coin was actually a decent price unlike a lot of other places i checked. Decent condition and only shipping took a few days. Can't complain. If i ever need to 'find' a coin again - I'll be back!
