There was very poor communication. My ebike was delayed beyond the next day delivery and when I sent an email to enquire what the delay was, there was no response. I only knew it was due for delivery from tracking my parcel on the DHL app.

I purchased a SAMEBIKE CY20 from this company after being explicitly assured via their official telegram that the vehicle was a UK road-legal 250W e-bike.When the bike arrived, the motor hub was permanently laser-stamped with hardware code "350D" (350 Watts). Under UK EAPC laws, this makes the bike an unregistered motor vehicle, which is illegal to ride on public UK roads without a registration plate, tax, and moped insurance.When I contacted customer service with photos of the 350W stamp, they refused to honor my short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They claimed I can only return it if it is unopened and that I must pay the return freight myself, completely ignoring UK consumer law regarding goods that are not as described.

Quick delivery. As described. Chunky wheels, should be good for all-terrain use. Granddaughter definitely approves.

The size was disappointing compared to what I got in other store.
It does say until 8 years but it’s quite short.

Purchased an ebike from British hoverboards, and basically the warranty means absolutely nothing, no offer of repair or replacement, AVOID AVOID

Really good communication throughout, eventhough 1 bike arrived late, company agreed to send x2 bundles to compensate us, they are due imminently i believe?

Bought the eleglide for my husband just after Christmas, fantastic bike, but after only a few weeks, the screen stopped working ( faulty ). Back & forth with emails & phone calls to British Hoverboard, but with their assistance, we finally got it back on the road. Parts came from overseas, so took a few weeks.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, super fast delivery, highly recommend these people. He even messaged me the day I got the bike to make sure it came on time ect.. 10/10 from me. Thanks.

Second time buying from here, quick delivery and never had a problem with the electric scooters. One for my saved sellers list, Will be usimg again if needed.

The wheelbarrow bucket was sent promptly, turned out to be exactly the right size and shape for the (electric) wheelbarrow frame, was available in numerous colours and is a great imrovement on the original bucket I'd chosen originally which was too large . It is strong but doesn't feel as substantial as the original so we'll see how long it lasts, but so far excellent service, a good price and prompt delivery.

Bought this bike for my brother he's been out on it a few times and likes it only down side was the delivery address was wrong

Delivery took a week when advertised 24 hour delivery, the bike is awesome, the delivery seriously needs to improve from Preston west and my bike was damaged by them

dude shipped out my daughters hoverboard out of hours and went out of his way so she got her special gift in time for her birthday!

Next day delivery. Very fast and very helpful. Love the scooter such a great size for my daughter and more than enough to grow with her.
