I v got a e bike. From this company and am so happy and enjoying. This. Better than I ever imagined so definitely recommend this company

Genuinely avoid using this company they do not deliver the next day. They do not pick up the phone. They do not contact you back via the customer service email. They do operate from a lock up in Essex. I was one of the lucky ones I guess I could say. I purchased a bike for a next day delivery. When I didn’t receive confirmation of my delivery date and then after not receiving my bike the next day I read the negative reviews. Reading how bad they were helped changed my mind. I did not want to have a bike that was either dangerous or unroadworthy and have to pay out of my pocket the bill for sending it back. Received a phone call on the Monday from the man who was trying to insist I took delivery of the bike even though I’d emailed I wanted a refund. I’d contact them and wanted a refund and I told him I wanted to refund. I had to say I would refuse delivery of the bike for him to understand. I did not want the bike. He did say DPD have already got it and it’s coming out to you. It was just a scare tactic to make me receive the bike. I ordered the bike on 30th August for next day delivery and as of today’s date still not received my refund. That’s a lot of my money to be sitting in his account.

Absolutely horrendous. Multiple issues with a bike I purchased and they are refusing to do anything despite it being covered under warranty. Unhelpful and rude when contacted

Avoid at all costs. 0 customer service. Do not trust these people. Returned the item in perfect condition and not heard anything at all. Do respond to emails or ever pick up phone/return calls. These people are scammers. Wish I had read the honest reviews before buying.

This is a fantastic company, living in Northern Ireland it's very difficult to find a company who will deliver here because of the stupid regulations not many companies either understand or can be bothered but British Hoverboard UK had no hessitation and delivered using DPD who delivered within a few days,the Engwe EP2 Pro I received was easy to assemble and a fantastic ebike for myself as it folds enough to put into my car, a great quality ebike supplied by a fantastic company.

Decided to take the plunge into getting an e bike had a look at the eliglide m2 had really good reviews so placed an order. Arrived within a few all boxed up and carefully packaged. Only had to fit the front wheel and handle bars charged the battery away i went. Bike is fantastic and excellent value for money really pleased with bike and great customer service.

I bought a scooter which was burst i got tyres sent to which i hd to put thm on the scooter started smoking so i sent back thy are rude arrogant n wont refund me after i showed proof it was sent back do not deal with this company at all i know a few people who hv same problem i will only remove this comment once thy sort it out with klarna

Great quality and speedy delivery although DPD did not follow instructions on where the parcel was to be left, could potentially have been stolen but this is nothing negative towards the scooter or scooter company 😀 they themselves were great

Fast delivery great service and brilliant products

My experience is very bad with this retailer. Sent different size of the bike that of what I have ordered. They promised to send a return label and arrange collection as soon as possible but these were just a sweet words. Bike is still not collected. Customer service also very bad. They ignoring my messages. Avoid this company!

Faulty goods after first time using hoverboard/cart. Alot of money spent on a christmas gift with nothing now to show for it. I contacted the company and they have ignored. Wrote a letter through registered post to the address they have on their website and was contacted to say there is no such company at that address. I am in contact with trading standards to see what can be done. My advice is DO NOT waste your money!

Great scooter son loves it

Do not buy from this company - if there is a problem with the item, they wont replace it and will just fob you off with lies.
They left my Grandson sad and disappointed with his malfunctioning Hover kart kit present - its really shameful - what sort of people rip off kids.

Great product, both my sons are very happy and are never off of them, we purchased two and they were a great gift. Easy to use and charge lasts well.

Sold me a hoverboard that had a fault after first use. Contacted seller who hung up phone.
Then sent emails unanswered. Finally got him on messenger. Refuses to accept return despite it being the law. Stated he doesn’t care about law. Total scammer. Bank and trading standards now involved.
He’s not even a registered company.
Complete con man and scammer. Avoid this thief do not spend your money here.
