The company initially carried out a site survey to decide upon the best place to install a receiver for broadband at the property. They followed up promptly with a telephone call and written confirmation of our options. On the day of installation the engineer was unable to attend due to illness but rang and rearranged for the next working day. The system was then installed successfully and was explained by the engineer. We are pleased with the outcome.

After initially a good service I am currently in a second prolonged period of lack of service speed and a lack of response/fixes. I first reported the current issue in mid July and it has not been fixed back to previous levels. My service tickets are closed with no updates/positive fixes or ignored with by nothing other than automated responses. I cannot wfh with video calls, I cannot stream tv and I cannot access websites on my phone using the internet. I would not recommend this service due to the poor customer service.

Good initial response but disappointed in the delay getting an engineer to attend as request was urgent. Engineer was superb during the install.

After some initial issues were resolved around the physical layout of the equipment, everything worked as hoped and good speed in both directions, downstream and upstream.

Struggled getting internet for a while now then had a recommendation for the Broadband shack.

The installation team came out and completed the installation professionally within a reasonable time.

We have gone from 6mbps to around 40 now. Would recommend for internet out in the sticks.

Initial outlay was steep but we finally have Internet. Not 100% perfect but near enough. Totally happy with the new 4g set up from Broadband Shack.

All works great for a rural location

I have had intermittent problems since taking this service. When I do get through to someone they are very helpful and friendly and solve a problem for a short period.

I now have had poor service 1mbps at best and unable to work all week... I can NOT get through via phone and I am regularly frustrated with the service.

I really need a consistent service.

We went to Broadband Shack because we had been struggling with an ever deteriorating broadband coming down copper. We went to Broadband Shack because they used 3 who seemed to have a good 4 g in our area. We agreed to purchase and they assured us everything needed to get started would be with us shortly, this didn’t happen, they were very apologetic when we followed up and gave us a free month.
Things improved after this hiccup and they even went as far as making sure our new system would work in a shed we had close to the house.
We are very pleased at having a fully functioning Broadband and can happily recommend Broadband Shack.

So far excellent service from Broadband shack. We are rural and the internet speed poor. We found 4G wireless network was much better. Instead of 12Mbps wired speed we now get closer to 70Mbps unlimited 4G. It costs £10 more than BT per month and there is an initial large setup cost that other providers do not charge but then again you don't need an engineer with other providers

I moved to a new home that was not covered by other providers and Broadband Shack got me up and running very fast.

Their staff are top notch and would recomend their services to all my friends and family.

Fantastic Installation. Arrived on time the install team was first class and very polite and a Hassle free service highly recommend. They spent time to show me how to use the modem and how to get the best out of my laptop. 100% service

We started using The Broadband Shack a few years ago as we tried to find a fast and reliable internet solution for some of our own customers who lived in rural locations.

Traditional landline internet providers do not perform very well in rural locations due to the distance from the phone exchanges so the 4G broadband system from The Broadband Shack turned out not only to be faster and more reliable but also perfectly compatible with our own VoIP telephone systems.

This link would turn out to be crucial as during the pandemic many of our customers began to work from home and we were able to introduce an alternative fast internet connection that would allow them to take their office home with them.

This is a perfect solution for today's remote / flexible working practices.

After years of hopeless BT Broadband this was a lifesaver, i work from home and have a family , this system allowed me to continue to work from home effectively during the pandemic and it is bullet proof, i really can't recommend this more!
