The broadband Shack are a life saver they got me up and running in my new house in no time at all with the friendly sales team and brilliant after sales support I could not recommend them highly enough

Wow where do i start? I received such an amazing service from the people at broadband shack, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! I called them up as where I live i get very poor internet speeds and no company can seem to help so i asked them how are they any different? well it turns out they’re nothing like the rest and actually care about bringing people fast internet and making sure as customers, we’re looked after and i must say that with my experience, that is 100% true!

Having had to endure poor Broadband for the last 15 years it’s really good to be receiving faster downloads with no drop off (as yet, only been using it 9 hours)

I live at the end of the line in the middle of nowhere, my choice as its deep in the countryside but you pay for it when it comes to modern luxury's like fast broadband .
So After years of low speed broad band (1.2-2.6Mb download and 0.72Mb upload max, ping 36ms ) i heard about 4g broadband , contacted a company came and set up tested and found they use O2 simm which they said was fine in my area , not true utterly useless !!
Engineer "Gavin" tried his best but couldn't get a good signal .
So then found out about Broadband Shack , thank the lord i did !
Same set up and cost even same Engineer came !! "Gavin" returned and fitted the aerial and router , fast and well done install., set up on EE simm first tests a bit iffy but then got on to a good signal , we haven't looked back since , my average speeds are now 40mb+ download and 22mb+ upload, ping 32ms ,
cancelled my sky broadband and line rental , saving me £36pm new cost is £45pm so for an extra £9 I can now have "in city" speed broadband , been fitted a month , not one issue and good speeds all the time , check all the time as still cant believe the speeds !!
I had the full router and external Arial package £400
and EE simm for business is 4G+ totally worth every penny ,
Like most homes we have so many things on WIFI and internet ,we used to have to use one or the other , now we can use everything and i can still stream internet movies and gaming at the same time !!!
we have sky UHD films now within 5 mins ready to watch , the last film downloaded on the old broadband took 19hrs !! before we could watch it !!
Totally recommended best thing we have done , just wish i had known sooner !
Contact was simple and easy with Broadband shack, no hassle and prompt professional response , no hassle install and as of yet no issues at all.
Cant comment on their service for faults or issues as havent had any yet !
i dont do reviews often but this was worth the time as its changed our way of living , if you have crap Broadband then get the broadband shack team on it !

Broadband Shack are a fabulous company. They provide informative service. They staff are personable, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help the customer. A 5 Star company!

extremely helpful and professional. first attempt of installation did not provide a speed test to their satisfaction due to the location, so rather than install a sub standard product, they arranged a different provider and came back to install a second time.
Good speeds and excellent customer service. very happy.

Very pleased with this service and the intalation. We now have great WiFi covering our home.

After placing the initial order online I had to chase by email and phone for two weeks before I was contacted to arrange an installation date.

This company promised a lot initially: An on-site survey to establish the best signal provider for your area at a cost of £100.00 implying that a choice of signal providers were available, this doesn't happen. Broadband speeds greater 20Mbs and a minimum of 15Mbs (We chose the Business package). We advised that the best signal at our property was EE. However, the company decided O2 was to be installed, sim card came with the equipment. You wait longer than they advise for the fitting date to be confirmed by a third party. The equipment was sent on ahead to the wrong address. The fitter (Engineer?) turns up late (4hrs) and is ill prepared, jumps all over your house to try and establish the best position for your receiver using his mobile phone with poor signal, finally ringing the office to ask where the nearest communications mast was. None of the equipment had been pre-configured much to the annoyance of the fitter. Equipment was left but not fitted as we had been promised an EE sim to try and we would fit and test it ourselves (Not to incur more Engineer costs). Broadband speeds achieved by O2 sim were very disappointing and inconsistent and the signal strength was very low. The EE sim card never arrived despite chasing for it, therefore having lost all confidence we cancelled the contract within the 14 day cooling off period. We packaged up the equipment and sent it back to BroadBand Shack at our own expense. We then had to chase via emails and telephone calls for our refund less £100.00 which was attributed to admin costs! Hence a Frustrating, Time Wasting, Expensive Experience. Despite having cancelled we are in the process of trying to get BroadBand Shack to cancel the direct debt.

My Parents had difficulty accessing the internet. I suggested that they look at the Broadband Shack as they have come recommended to me before. They did a fantastic job and my parents can now access the internet whenever they like. Great service. Very much appreciated

Service is excellent and really pleased. My children have finally stopped moaning about our previously poor bandwidth! The only slight issue I had was a miscommunication somewhere in the process about setting up ongoing payments, but sorted quickly and probably all my fault for not reading the details..

Great customer service. There was no signal this morning. One call to Alexandra on the helpdesk and it was sorted. She did something remotely to the router and it’s now fine. Phone answered in seconds.

Few hiccups in communication , installation of antenna happened on a different day that I was initially told . Also payment for internet service was taken from me few weeks before service actually begun . However once the antenna was up and running , the 4G internet seems to be working well and its faster than anything else we’ve had before which is refreshing . Overall happy with service .
