Sold my iphone with broken camera to this company - This company paid me so fast. No negotiation. I was honest about the damage to my phone and so were they. They paid me what they promised.

Great experience overall. I sent in a device under the faulty power category and, although there was a bit of initial confusion during inspection, the team handled everything professionally when I queried it.

They reviewed the situation promptly and made a fair offer, which I was happy to accept. Communication was clear, polite, and helpful throughout the process.

Really appreciate the customer service and how the matter was resolved — would happily use again.

Really smooth process. They weren’t the absolute highest quote I received, but they were much better than the big-name sites, and I’d read reviews about some higher quotes on other sites being reduced once the phone arrives.

They were great and helped me resolve a problem I had unlinking iCloud from the phone I sent them. And they paid the full quote given online straight into my bank, unlike other phone buying companies. As an irrelevant aside I enjoyed sending my broken phone to Hospital Street haha

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am so pleasantly surprised - I have engaged with companies in the past that lure you in with a great price promise only to start to haggle on the smallest of details. This company does EXACTLY what it says it will - fast (paid the day it arrived) and they honoured the price that was listed on the website! They were the top offer, and I was sceptical but I am so glad I was encouraged to give them a go after reading the reviews. Don't hesitate - sell your old broken phones here!

I was a business customer and have sold well over 100 phones to this company in the last few months. The customer service used to be good but it has had a steep decline, to the point where I will never use them again. I used to contact them whenever I was ready to send a batch of phones and I would get a response within a few hours. Eventually has reached the point now where I wont even get a response for a week or two. This has of course meant I have sent them progressively less phones too. Sometimes I buy stock specifically to sell to them, which is something that they are aware of too. It's a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat a business customer. It makes me question if all of the other reviews they have are even legitimate. It's very strange for a business that relies on buying phones to make profit, to ignore a business that is trying to sell you a decent quantity of phones at agreed prices. As of the time of leaving this review, it has been 10 days since I have contacted them, sending 4 messages at various times and there has been no response at all. They have been active and online on WhatsApp where we usually communicate but I have been completely ignored. This is a warning to any businesses that are thinking of developing a business relationship with this company, I would choose one of the other available options.

Fair price offered for my old phone. Sent me a pack with pre paid oostage attached for me to send the phone to them and then paid the quoted price as per their website into my bank amount the day after they recieved it

Exactly as the little suggests. Easy to check your item for value, submit the request then send the item in pre psid envolpe. Payment then comes quickly.

Sent my old phone Monday afternoon just been paid today around 5PM, very good service.
