How to scam people
On 30 August last year I was foolish enough to order a Broman Mark II - 1764 order number. Now over a year has passed and Broman have obviously had enough of the English weather and have emigrated to a Caribbean island. I have not received the product and Broman have not replied to any emails, but I have lost my money, which is more than annoying as I live on Disability Allowance due to a stroke and have to save for things like this. I wish the people at Broman a lot of fun with my scammed money and give them the tip that you always see each other twice.

Compré la nueva Mark II en enero de 2023, después de un correo masivo/genérico por parte de la compañía avisando de un retraso, y otro correo semanas más tarde informando de que se empezaban a enviar las maquinillas, meses después sigo sin haber recibido nada...
Servicio de atención al cliente inexistente, no responden a absolutamente ningún mensaje, y para colmo parece que la compañía ha desaparecido por completo, pues ya no existe ni la página web de Broman Shaving, me temo que se han fugado con todo el dinero de los que hicimos la precompra, supuestamente habiendo dejado de pagar al proveedor de servicios web, por lo que la página lleva caída semanas... Desafortunadamente doy por perdido mi dinero, pero espero que algún día les caiga el peso de la ley sobre sus espaldas.

Rubbish, don’t waste your money
Massive delay in receiving the razor, and when it finally arrived it was defective, it didn’t shave properly, was dangerous to use with unbalanced blade gap and exposure, and then it came apart after one shave….dont waste your money, complete junk.
The Mark II kit took months and months…
The Mark II kit took months and months to arrive and when it finally did, the shaver head was faulty. The front top cover piece which is normally stuck to the shaver's head with some sort of adhesive came loose and keeps flopping forward. I have sent you 2 emails with photos showing you the fault but have received no reply. Please help me.

La verdad. Que la espera ha merecido la pena. Como se suele decir. Mi experiencia con la maquilla. Ha sido un cambio total en el afeitado. Tener una maquinilla con unas calidades buenísimas y lo más espectacular siempre hablo por mi es que actúa como la maquilla de otras marcas conocidas. El apurado es buenísimo. Y sobre todo lo que me ha dejado perplejo es que no te cortas. Tienes que ir con más cuidado pero el diseño hace que el afeitado sea muchísimo más fácil. Muchas gracias a broman por esta maquinilla. La recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Ordered two razors, received one! Company said would send second and then ghosted me! No longer replying to messages and still only have one razor! AVOID!
Never received the product
I pre-ordered the Broman Mark II on January 2, 2023, and the website stated it was "for May 2023 shipping." On May 22, 2023, Broman Shaving sent an email regarding "delays with our shipping partner and customs." The email stated, "Your Broman razor will arrive a little later than expected and is currently anticipated to be by 22nd June 2023." After June 22, 2023 came and went, I sent three emails to Broman Shaving over the course of four weeks. They didn't reply to a single email. After waiting for months past the expected delivery date without receiving any communication from Broman, I initiated a chargeback with my bank. I never received the product.
Effortless Clean Shave.
The Broman Mk2 is muched improved over the Mk1. The all metal head looks a lot more stylish and gives a much closer shave on the first pass. The streamline head makes it a lot easier to shave under the nose and is
great for head shaving too. The double sided blade is easy to snap in half and to load. The razor sits proudly in its wooden stand alongside the very soft Broman brush. All arrived, well packaged, in the blade recycling tin!
I recommend this product to to the house ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered Jan but no delivery or communication!!! this company is just stealing customers money.

I would give no stars if possible. No to little reply to emails and messages I've left. I ordered back in February and still no razor. Just empty promises. I will never buy from this company again nor will I recommend them to anybody. What a waste of time and money. What a scam
Finally arrived after half a year
Like everyone else I ordered in the preorder (back in Jan, for June delivery) but it didn’t arrive. They sent an email a month after expected delivery to explain why but then mute again. They have since ignored all my emails. I’d have claimed a refund but it I paid so long ago I couldn’t do a charge back.
I did finally get the shaver (25th Sept) and fortunately it works well. It’s a little wonky on the top clip but the blade is held well and shaves nicely.
Wouldn’t recommend this company unless you don’t mind waiting half a year to get it… Leaf is a better brand for this.
Not a scam - and an excellent razor
Having ordered a Broman Mk2 razor in January 2023 with promised delivery in May 2023, and then receiving an email in May promising delivery in June, I had almost given up hope and was, like some other reviewers, beginning to think that I had been scammed.
However it actually arrived on 23 September 2023. It gives a really good shave and I am very pleased with the razor - but not the delivery!
I had the impression from early publicity that the razors are made in the UK, in fact the packaging on the razor I received states that the razor was designed in the UK, components made in China, and assembled in Portugal - from where it was despatched. So slightly disappointed that it is not manufactured in the UK, but if Broman sort out the delivery problems then they could have a winner!

I ordered My Broman razor Mark 2 on the 30th of April 2023, And still have not received my razor, an update was given 22nd of June saying Deliveries were starting, then nothing, 22nd of July another update saying in the header of the email it's on its way, opened the email, we are starting to dispatch orders for delivery of said Razor, you will get an email notification when dispatched well now it is September Still Nothing, I am Fed up with Broman shaving, hopefully, I will get the razor but at the moment I'm not going to hold my breath.

I ordered my broman razor in March 2023, now here we are approaching mid September 2023 and yes you've guessed it no sign of the razor. So far all I have seen are a couple of YouTube videos from shaving reviewers, who are less than incouraging about the quality. I have written a series of emails to Broman, all of which have never been answered. Quite frankly I was excited about this razor in the beginning, but now I couldn't care less if it never arrived at all so disgusted am I with this company. My advice if you want a single edge razor get the leaf twig, highprof or Supply Single edge, all of which are great razors. BROMAN ARE A CON!!!
