Broman Shaving Avis 63

I ordered the Broman Mark II in March 2023 and until now i did not get the razor (August 2023). Now i also see negative reviews in the internet where people claim that the razor does not work at all. It simply does not shave. Broman Shaving does not answer normally to mails or questions in Facebook. They are very bad in communication. I do not recommend ordering a shaver from Broman Shaving. The idea is good but somehow they are messing it up because of their customer service :-(

Ordered and paid for the Mark II version of the Broman razor on the 13th January (Order#1543 if you’re interested Broman)
Broman missed their first promised delivery timing but explained the delay and re-promised a new timing of 22nd June…but no sign of delivery or further communication from then on
This company will not respond to my follow up emails
Appalling ‘service’

Really enjoyed this razor when i first received it. Shaved close enough without nicks when i found the right blades for it. Now, after about a years use,the razor is plagued with the plastic retaining clip for the blades continually opening up during shave, resulting in blade popping out. Luckily no serious cuts with it, but i have stopped using the razor due to this fault.

great service. and a nice comfortable shave . if your looking for a transition from cartridge razors as the price of the cartridges are getting ridiculous this is a great alternative

The smoothest razor ever. Greatly appreciated by me for mild face shave and my wife’s favorite for leg shaving.

Very happy with this razor because it’s small it shaves evenly on my face and I like the fact that I can get razor blades really cheap.

Don’t expect customer service to ever respond in regards to your order. It took 2 1/2 months to receive the razor and it works great, but no one responded to many attempts at reaching out to customer service about my order. So... 1 star for the experience . The razor is a solid 4/5 stars

Very nice razor. It is the perfect step away from cartrige razor.
Personally I cannot stop using my classic de razor. It is a plusure to use: first pass with muhle r89 and second pass with Broman and close the shave.

I will start by saying that the sustainability factor played a huge role in my decision to buy a Broman razor as I was sick of throwing away single-use razors.
Overall, I love this razor and it works just fine to use to remove my body hair, plus it is sturdy and made of high-quality materials. Changing the blades is very easy. I must say, though, that my boyfriend tried to use it for his beard and he did not get a super smooth finish. I will also add that I use it under the shower and the handle gets a little bit slippy.

Easy to load and use. Pressure no problem even with a feather blade.

I wasn’t sure about this but I gave it a shot and it is now my daily razor. Think of this as a more environmentally conscious and upmarket Gillette Guard (my previous daily razor). Excellent razor that takes any half DE or snapped DE blade. It pivots so is more user friendly than you might expect. It is very mild (which is my preference) so I recommend a sharp blade. Much easier to load than a shavette. It has a substantial weight to it - although the head does contain plastic so longevity may be a slight issue. Not sure yet. Zero waste too if you use the right blades - so very environmentally friendly! Comes with a stand that stores blades and a handy travel pouch. All round great product and I look forward to future variations (such as an all metal deluxe version?)

Well the product is good and arrived - but my questions after the order was placed remained unanswered - I was disappointed and even believed I might not receive the product. Finally all was fine but lack of response left a bad taste of this purchase.

Excellent middle ground between a double edge razor and a modern one. Very useful for newcomers to wet shaving or for those looking for an easy, fast and comfortable shave. Recommended.

Never received the product and had zero responses from customer service either through email or their Facebook page/messenger. I had to get my cc involved to get my money back - would not recommend dealing with this company
