BRONZE SNAKE Avis

Customer service 10/10 - the wrong size was sent out on a sale item and Kareena fixed it straight away no questions asked. I truly appreciate great customer service and will continue to shop at Bronze Snake because of this - I’ve bought about 5 things in the last week and the quality of clothing is so good. Cream pants that aren’t see through I love it!!! Xx

Bronze Snake are a great company! Their communication and shipping was fast and I love the top I received, it's great quality and such a good fit.

Shopping in person at Bronze Snake on chapel Street with Bronte was such an amazing experience. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The quality of the pieces exceeded my expectations, and everything looked even better in person. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

My experience shopping was great however, unfortunately the dress is bought did not fit me.
I am a size Medium in the US and I purchased a size large just in case in ran small. It sure did run small so I can't wear it. The dress is beautiful so it was very disappointing.

Great products such good quality, their customer services are 5 star, I had to change as the sizing was incorrect (by myself) they had a free shipping label to exchange and I had the replacement within a week. We need this brand in NZ.
I purchased a jersey and pant love love love

Good customer service. Will reorder!

Great shopping experience. Less hassle. Fast transaction

Bronze Snake delivers stylish, high-quality pieces with great attention to detail. Their service is smooth and reliable, definitely worth recommending!

I wanted to compliment Bronze Snake for their beautiful clothing and customer service! I’ve shopped online here a few times now and I am so happy with the quality and look of every piece I buy. The shipping is so fast as well! I really hope to see a boutique open in QLD, as I know the girls would love it! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Great customer service! Very quick response

love the clothing and they reply so quick to all questions. Great service

They replied to my questions super quickly with clear answers! Great customer service.

I’m a mature woman so not all the products are for me. However, there is still a wide range of products that I can wear. I’ve bought the yellow oversize knit. Absolutely beautiful. The black and the cream roll neck jumper. The grey V neck with collar jumper. I love them all.
The service is AMAZING as well.

DO NOT BUY! It's the same quality if not worse than Shein. The sizes are running very small and the fabric quality is like paper and see through. Looks like everything else that is made in China but waaaay overpriced. I totally got scammed where I paid $300 I could have gotten in for $30 from Shein. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This is my second order from Bronze Snake, the quality is amazing, not to mention the customer service. Shipping is within 24hrs. I have now purchased 3 x Jordan sets all in different colours and the amount of times I get stopped and complimented. My favourite online shop

Just an exceptional company and their clothes are TO DIE FOR!!!!! Exactly as pictured, so comfy, and beautiful!!!! I’ve already bought 2 items from this company and I ain’t done yet!!!!!! So so happy!

Absolutely love this shop… to say it’s in OZ it has super fast delivery
Items I’ve bought are out of this world something different from another part of the world great clothing superbly made and not on the high street…

I’ve become addicted to the Bronze Snake brand because of the quality and style of the men’s range. So the product is awesome and the online shopping experience is flawless. Bravo to all involved, keep up the good work!

Loved the quality of the top and pants. Got so many compliments. I was disappointed when one of the buttons came off while I was at the party I had bought the outfit for and it was the first and only time I had worn it.
