BRONZE SNAKE Avis

This is a great company whether online or in store. Excellent range and customer service. I always get compliments on the outfits from here.

I bough a number of shirts from Bronze Snake. They all look and fit really nice, and I think I look nice in them🤔😏🤞👍 lol. The shirts are all well made and of excellent quality. I live in the United States, and even though I live half-way around the world, the order was shipped in just a few hours, was tracked well, and only took a few daus to arrive. Pretty remarkable service. Thank you.

Bronze Snake has been sooo amazing to deal with. I had issues with my delivery company and they did not hesitate to investigate and solve the issue for me. Once my order arrived, I was pleasantly surprised, as you can tell it is high quality. I can’t wait to order again and again! Cheers.

I am from America and came across bronze snake through social media a few years ago. I couldn’t afford it at the time but since I have been able to accomplish the things that I needed to upgrade my wardrobe. It is affordable for the quality and not half my wardrobe is bronze snake. I represent it well in Hawaii and I will be a die heart fan always!

Good quality. Just as pictured on the website.

I bought 2 sets from this company and had an issue with one after washing, BUT they deserve 5 stars! Their customer service is on top of it! They are very responsive, helpful, and truly caring about their brand and products. I do recommend!!

Always excited for new drops! Love from Amsterdam <3

Gorgeous clothes Fantastic quality what you see is what you get my experience is when I've bought something thur seeing it advertised on Facebook 80 percent of the time what turns up is nothing like advertised and poor quality highly recommend 😀

Always great clothes and good online ordering experience

Amazing customer service. The CS team went above and beyond to help me out with an issue that came from the carrier.

I recently made my first purchase from Bronze Snake, and I’m beyond impressed. Their curation is rare, directional, and genuinely fashion-forward, with an exceptional attention to styling that makes every piece feel intentionally chosen rather than mass-produced.

I ordered the Mika shorts and the Francesca lace tee in chocolate, and I’m obsessed. The quality exceeded my expectations, the fit feels elevated, and the pieces look exactly as stunning in person as they do styled online.

Customer service was seamless and thoughtful, which made the experience even better. It’s refreshing to support a boutique that clearly cares about both aesthetic and experience. I’ll absolutely be purchasing again — highly recommend for anyone who appreciates distinctive, well-curated fashion.

Stylish, well-made products shipped and delivered within a reasonable time (international). Love the clothes.

I’m obsessed with Bronze snake. The stock is always entirely aligned with my personal taste and that makes decision fatigue less likely. I can always rely on the quality at a price I can afford too- honestly a $90 puffer jacket I go 3 years ago is still saving my life every Melbourne winter. I do shop online but when I can I head into the chapel street store because the service is always just so real. I’ve spent a lot of time in retail and hate fake, smarmy, insincere approaches to an in store experience and I never get that with the absolute legends you seem to always find for this store. I also need to point out that I never feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or unsafe which super trendy retail spaces sometimes have inherently built in for those of us who struggle with self esteem and a sense of belonging. Yall are just killing it.

Awesome brand - great individual style - fabric is just fantastic- great fit - amazing customer service and delivery- highly recommend this brand - have purchased four pieces of clothing and just love them

Just a suggestion; some clothes are S to XL some are sized 10 to 14. I have found that your L is a true L; but your size 12 runs small

Great customer service! Very quick responses and easy to communicate with!

The company is super communicative, so easy to talk to and very proactive with solutions. My partner ordered my Christmas present off Bronze Snake which got lost in NZ post, everyone was really proactive about getting replacements sent when we found out about the package being lost. The clothes are perfect, trendy, comfortable and well made!

Bronze Snakes provides cool products and there’s a good energy around what they’re doing.

My parcel ended up being lost by Au post , however Bronze snake replied in a swiftly manner and was able to arrange a replacement for me ASAP. It wasn’t their fault however they reacted so swiftly and with amazing customer service! Very pleased! Thankyou !

If i could give more stars I would!
I have 4 daughters and purchased numerous items for gifts over the Christmas period. From placing the order to delivery to even a return (due to wrong fit) has been amazing! I cannot fault the service, quality of products & even the return process has been so easy.
Great company to deal with!!
